Nice video1 Looking forward to our trip on the DI Reef Monster in August. Stock the freezer.
Lucky your buddy didn't hook his hand in your first catch. Could have been a terrible accident that happens very often in fishing. Take care. A friend from Chile. Nice video.
I saw that too, I cringed when he dropped the fish...
Nice work capt looked like you had a blast 👍
We sure did. It was a toasty day, but well worth it
Dang son! Awesome video. Thats what fishing trips are all about.

Glad You Took That Day To Go Offshore We Dont Get Many Days Like That! Nice Meat Haul!
Us too, can’t pass up days when it’s like a pond out there!
The amber jacks are hitting hard !!
Good content capt. keep it coming....yeeet
You already know! Thanks
Jesus brother that intro about gave me a heart attack. Lol. Good video man. I love trolling plugs.
Lol me too, i was sweating! Thanks, yea they are effective for sure
Awesome video! What size rod where you fishing the DTX minnows on?
Nice trip 🎉
Looks like a good time and good eating fish to take home.
Great action on that popper!
YES. Love them popper blowups
You Boy's definitely got a bunch of reef donkeys down there. Looks like fun!!
We’ve got more than we can handle, y’all can have some lol it was a blast though
The music is awesome knew every song
Awesome video!! Had to hit the like and sub
Thanks 🙏 I appreciate it
Good job 👍
As always 🤘!
Good afternoon, at what speed and depth does the amberjack bite. and if possible the distance of the decoys. I would like to try them in Spain during their fishing dates. thanks greetings
Hi..
Do you remember at what depth whas you trolling those amberjack..
At what depth did you catch the tile ?
Which lure you prefer for king mackerel. Kindly name the brand and color. Also in arabian sea Halco lures is most effective. What is the other combination we should used with Halco.
Good action!
Thanks man!
What # braid were y’all using on the trolling Norman trolling lures, and what kinda leader/top shot was it rigged too? Def want to try this set up
Is this straight out of west of boca grande?
Great day, i was out there also and it was beautiful.
Awesome, I love them days where it’s like a pond out there
Grow it back.
Awesome trip.
Was spud head there?
That red bearded pirate is a fish magnet.
Im thinking about bringing it back..thanks I'm starting to think hes good luck as well
Nice video Cuz! My boat is still in the shop so ik
Well I hit the wrong button that time! Anyway, got to wait till the next AJ season starts up to go after them…
Thanks! All good man, that sucks it’s been in the shop that long
ANOTHA ONE 👍🏼
😂
I live in Jacksonville so what would it take to go fishing with you
Looked like you were moving pretty good, how fast were you trolling?
Most trolls were about 7-8mph. That seemed to be the speed that they wanted
10:40 what rod is this?😊
How were yall rigging those dtx minnows
Crimped with 150lb mono to a Bimini twist if I’m not mistaken. Just in case a toothy critter wanted to play
Love your videos, do you ever fish for hog fish?
Awesome, glad you like them. And unfortunately we don't have them in our area. Id have to run a couple hundred miles east for those
@@CaptCollier l lived in CA, for 32 years, and use to go fishing out of Newport Beach, with Davies locker, now living in Indiana, and finally made it to the east coast last year, went to st.pete Florida, didn't do great fishing, because the red tide was just ending, unfortunately
Do you need a wire leader while trolling like that and what lb test would u recommend?
We were using 150lb mono crimped. You’ll get more bites using mono vs wire but also take the chance of losing a 30$ lure if a toothy critter hits it wrong
@@CaptCollier just curious what you were using for mainline, topshot, and leader? I'm setting up a couple of trolling rigs to do similar fishing but cant make up my mind on the combo. I have a couple of talica 25s spooled with 80lb braid, thinking i would topshot with 100yds of 80lb mono and then a 80 to 130lb mono windon crimped to the divers.
Just got a 2021 Sea pro with a 250 Suzuki engine what do you recommend for finding offshore reefs I went out from PCB about 15-20 miles about 85’ deep but it was just flat sand everywhere and didn’t catch anything. So yea I really want to be able to locate wrecks, structure , reefs before heading out
Congrats on the boat. You need to get you some upgraded charts that show all the public wrecks/reefs that are out there. They should be on whatever chart plotter you have in the boat. If not, you should be able to find them online somewhere for free
@@CaptCollier thank you sir !
Love it. But I'd really like it better if you would tell us what wreck you're over. !
We fished a lot of public artificial pyramids this day. I would suggest targeting ones in 110-150ft of water. They all have fish on them, just some more than others
@Capt.Collier
Thank you
How deep was the water where you were trolling?
110-140ft
With the price of these fancy lures, I don’t want to take the chance of losing one😅
No kidding. 20-30$ for 1 😅
What size DTX were those?
200mm 40ft diver
Can we get a link for booking info?
For me or the boat I was on in this video?
Hay Capt Collier me and my brother have a channel we would love to go do some mangoes snapper fishing with you we saw one of your clips you was pulling them big one in Shiner Sam is our channel if you want to see what we are all about
Bout how fast do yall troll?
7-8mph seemed to be working for us
Thankyou. Killer day!
Didn’t see Cody catch anything!! Cmon Cody get on the camera son!!
He caught a few fish lol did help out with recording some though and was good company
Enjoyed your great video, but someone please, please, teach this guy how to gaff a fish (18:33) ... :-)
RAPALA thats nomad 😭1:11
Honest mistake
@@CaptCollier all good love the content they look similar ngl
The trolling lure how deep of a lure 20 30 feet
Depends on how fast you're running, but it can dive down to 30ft at the right speed
Great time guys ! Wish we have some similar fishing at Saskatchewan lol
For sure! Lol Little bit different atmosphere down here on the gulf coast than it is there I bet
@@CaptCollier come for ice fishing buddy!!!
I throw those AJ's back. In my experience, they always have worms in the meat. Can't eat them if I see them worms.
Yea a lot of times they do have worms, but are fairly easy to cut out and are harmless if you happen to eat a couple. I understand it can gross some people out though, definitely other options
how deep are u?
Around 125ft
AJ belly meat is 🔥on the grill
Hmm never tried it. Will have to next time
I got decent big boat , you wouldn't give me them numbers, would you ? Lol
We hit all public numbers. Super pyramids 30-40miles offshore!
The video of catching is entertaining but videography needs improvement. If you are going to film focus on one event at a time. The jerking and panning of camera all over the place is not enjoyable.
The big boy in the teal blue shirt keeps belly gaffing the fish! WFH!?
They was on fire great video
It was hot no doubt! Action and temperature wise lol
