    RECIPE
    1 cup dried chickpeas (soaked overnight or 6 hours in cold water with 1 tbsp baking soda)
    4 ice cubes
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 cup tahini
    Juice of 1 lemon
    Salt
    Extra virgin olive oil for garnish
    Parsley, chopped for garnish

    So interesting! I’ll have to try this. So you don’t remove the skins of the chickpeas? I thought that doing so helped the creaminess?

      There's no need! The real secret to the creaminess is cooking the chickpeas properly.

    Do you remove the thin layer on top of chickpeas after boiling

      You can strain them off for sure.
      If you have cooked the chickpeas to the point of overcooking then you will have the best result.
