Was doing some dry fire practice after work today and practicing a 3 step entry just like Joe. That seemed to be more natural for me. Curious to try Nick's preference with using the trail foot first.
Joe do you think you drop step so often because the 3 step entry leads to you having a tall narrow stance? 😅😂 Good stuff guys! I look forward to part 2 on exits. I think for future testing it should be on a 3 position setup. I’d also love to see a video showing the results.
This is GOLDEN. I cannot wait for PART 2!!!!
Perfect timing! Just started working on movement seriously as of late
The humility Joe has to sit and discuss with these guys like peers is extremely commendable.
I guess we’re just peasants 😂😂

Will part 2 cover shooting with your eyes closed ?
Yes
The dream team 💪🏼🍻👑
Because I'm 37 with back and knee issues after years of constantly trying to do parkour in the barracks and on deployment?

Haha I don’t do it anymore! I used to.
Well we are all different our weight is distributed differently so footwork theoretically has to be tuned person to person? I would think
Foot work style for sure is different from person to person, it there are some principles which apply across the board.
@@Joe_Farewell I understand that and that is the Parts I'm trying to learn and grasp... y'all are amazing athletes!
I shot a comp last night with dogshit movement and then you make this 😂😂😂😂
