For anyone who is confused, this is my interpretation of the song. If u remember in the other songs this guy kills himself because he caught his girlfriend cheating with his best friend. The girlfriend was pregnant when her boyfriend killed himself and she didn’t know if the baby was his or his best friends. In this part it’s talking about how even though the friend regrets what he did, he stayes with the dead guys girlfriend to help out with the baby. The girl ends up leaving him anyway and gets an abortion without the dads say. This song is all about how much the guy regrets being with his best friends girlfriend and he regrets that he hurt him so much that he ended up killing himself when she just ends up leaving him anyway. It’s also about how the guy wish’s he could’ve met his baby and how he’s upset the mother just killed the baby without any of his say. Hope this helps and clears things up for a few people. I’m not saying this is what the artist meant but this is what I got from the message but other people might interpret things differently x
