Wonderful meditation, It relaxed me immensely and helped me to understand few wrong going things in my life. I need help I started dabbling with meditation 2 years ago and awakened my crown chakra and third eye I can move the energy down but the energy is so stuck that most of it is in the third eye area. I often get very frustrated that i have all of these feelings and thoughts i feel like I'm going crazy from it. I have alot of psychological issues now like extreme insecurity and social anxiety I need someone to guide me and help me do get these energies under control the way they are supposed to be I meditate every day, but i don't know what I'm supposed to do as far as energy work goes. All i know is that I have awakened it which I wasn't ready for.
A way to clear your energies centres is to meditate standing...visualise a pulse of energy which starts deep in the earth that shoots up through you on an inward breath, and out of your head and out and down and back to earth. Use your arms in a circular fashion to follow the energy path. (Like a magnetic field) this will clear your way. Try and hold your out breath and build the energy and up and whoosh up through your body. Enjoy.😀.
Forgot to mention. It's just as important to close down after each session . Would you leave your front door open to every passer by, no. So close down.
Okay, I get it now. the problem was that i was not closing my chakras i thought they were supposed to be open all the time. but im supposed to clear them out and then close them.
