I have been listening to this twice a day for just 3 days now and after each time, I feel myself get even more relaxed, softer, and I feel safer in my magic. I feel happier, joyful, worthy, and so expressive! I love her giggles throughout the video too, I always smile and laugh with her 🥰 My inner talk has become so much more gentle, compassionate, and uplifting. I feel at peace with where I’m at, moment to moment. I often repress my strong feminine side because I never really had a strong feminine role model growing up. And now when I come across a strong personality, I often avoid being in their presence or get passive aggressive instead of standing in my true power.
