Prompt for ChatGPT: Rewrite "Mary had a little lamb" like you are jocko. Make it motivational.
"Mary marched forward with unwavering resolve, accompanied by her faithful companion, a lamb of purest white. With every step, she blazed a trail of determination and inspired others to join her on the path to greatness." - Jocko Willink (paraphrased)

Listen up. Mary, she had herself a little lamb. But this wasn't just any ordinary lamb. This lamb had discipline. It had dedication. It had a fire burning inside that couldn't be extinguished. Mary and her lamb, they were on a mission. A mission to conquer every obstacle in their path.
When Mary walked, that lamb walked right beside her, head held high, ready to face any challenge that came their way. No excuses, no complaining. Just pure determination.
And when the rain came pouring down, Mary and her lamb didn't run for cover. They embraced the discomfort, knowing that growth only comes from facing adversity head-on. They stood tall, unyielding in the face of the storm.
Everyone around them marveled at their unwavering resolve. They saw the discipline etched in their eyes, the relentless pursuit of excellence. Mary and her lamb became an inspiration to all who witnessed their journey.
So remember, my friends, the tale of Mary and her lamb. Let it remind you that greatness is not achieved by mere luck or chance. It is earned through hard work, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to becoming the best version of yourself.
Now go out there and be the lamb that stands tall, no matter the circumstances. Embrace the challenge, and let your determination shine bright for all to see.

I feel like I pretended myself as well. I started a tough job of being a driller at 22. Hard work, hard weather, shit no one really does. 9 years later at 31, all my buddies tell me I'm this rough tough dude that works brutal hours and can stand anything... I'm still just me. A nerd who works a really hard job that I love. Turns out I am tough, rough and a hell of a hard worker. I became what I was pretending to be.

This reminds me of how Jordan Peterson is always emphasizing “acting out” something is more meaningful than saying “I believe” and seems to be a more reliable demonstration of your actual beliefs than a verbal assertion of those beliefs alone. We all know this deep down but will all fall short at different times bc of our imperfections but acting seems to create success that breeds more success and confidence in a positive feedback loop.

I feel like people are overthinking how to go about the rules and challenges each game in life presents, a lot of the questions that were answered you could just find the answer to without having to go to jocko for. Some require quick and decisive action, others require you to think more long term; all of which revolve in setting up a collection of new goals.

I have adhd and have to work hard to escape the crisis lifestyle it tends to produce, because I tend to unconsciously seek that motivation boost that comes from the “already quit your job” scenario. I try to ask myself if I would think someone else were lazy and setting themselves up for chaos, disaster, failure, etc if they were handling something the way I do. That helps me not attribute problem behavior patterns to adhd, exempt myself emotionally from responsibility, and call it a day. Because life does not exempt you from responsibility, and society only pretends to at the best of times. You either have to find a way to get things done, or perish in the chaos you will create for the sake of its stimulating effects. Adhd is a pathology, not an excuse.

Only in the movie its not rats they do it to , its dogs.. In the movie you also see they had monkeys with wires attached to their brains for some kind of experiment..

WE ARE WHAT WE PRETEND TO BE
sounds quite wise, however if one wants to know what one truly is, or the meaning of life, or standard of self - religion
    1. we are what the try to serve, or strive for
    2. we suffer because we fail our own goals, or sense of prosperity, or purpose
    3. there's no truth except that the war path is sacred, or that we could all serve, sacrifice, or learn more
    4. the practice of prayer, or reflection teaches the true self, and almost nothing else
    5. the calling, or work of the saints is to be lowly, a worker, noble soldier, or set to the churches, or spires
    6. suffering, loss, or tragedy teaches you more about yourself than money, succes, or easy victories
    7. perhaps we're alone, friends only last, or that culture, or even politics turn on us, or we're to fight each other, or struggle, however the great spirit, or eternal service to truth is not something that could be taken away, or even given to another
    8. live for something, be free, perhaps a house, or friends, however be more than you do, or realize that perfection is to have a full, or important life, even if it's only to a few people, or succes
