Jonsplus i100 Pro + Arctic Liquid II 360 here and it fits in the same layout like in this review. I also removed and cutted out all metal parts in this case which I don't need, like bracket for HDD in the front. I managed to install also an 140mm FAN on the front. I have 1.5-2cm between FAN and front panel and on the bottom and the top inlets for fresh air. It results in a massively better gpu temps. Best case I ever had.
A truly fair review. Despite your frustrations with it, it did pass the test surprisingly and I agree it's worth recommending for those who fancy this look. Personally, this case is a headache when in vertical mode and it simply doesn't have to be. Also, the little things they overlooked would annoy me in the long run.
Looks like a bit of over-priced cr4p to me, Leo! But - If you have access to a large inventory of components (plus patience!), then it is truly a builders adventure, as you, yourself, found out. Personally I would not buy the case due to the potentially large additional expenditure needed on components, but at the end of the day, the case did resemble a fair degree of build quality. Thanks for the vid! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hi Guru, with the traditional layout, will a 3090 fit in using ATX Psu? seem like at 18:53 your sapphire take a fair bit of space of the PSU please reply, thanks
Would've been interesting to try air cooled CPU and liquid cooled GPU in the riser layout. It might work! Definitely can't go wrong with an EK custom loop though :D
Great review, it is really a tight case, sad you did not find a bigger radiator that would fit, but in the end it worked. That is what most people have to deal with when they do not watch a review or there is no review for a product. Once you buy something you have to try and find what fits. More reviews like this.
Im not in to the RBG or window end of things but when the left part of is is just the radiator and gpu i could live with that and most people will find it very clean and let the other side have the mess.
with only 2 slots for GPU, im guessing that means 4090 wont fit? is there a newer model of this case? Id like to slap a 360 AIO in there and just put normal fans in bottom.
The troubles u had with the 360 were directly a result of sandwich layout, and avoiding custom loop, suprised u didnt try 360 in trad layout?! (Personally would also go a thin 360 an thin fans in bottom too 😈)
Hi, I have never built a mini computer system. How do you attach so many fans to the motherboard? Do you use splitter cables or a fan hub? As most motherboards that size only have 2 fan headers. Thanks for another great video.
How the temp with the gpu mounted like that. Becuase i found out the hard with my silverstone case and the reference amd 6 serie cooler it does not like to be vertical mounted. Instantly 110c on the hotspot. I turned the case on its side so the gpu was horizontal and the hot spot dropped 20c plus!
That was worth watching. Thank you. Something I probably missed: is the riser cable PCIe v3 or v4? Being the latter might explain much of the price. Of course, if you're using the case in the final configuration then you don't need the riser cable, so is the case available without it? I did like your final build. It was elegant.
@@KitGuruTech Thanks. That makes the high price even less justifiable. But Jonsplus seem to have a thing for high-priced cases - take a look at their BO100 which IMHO is also hugely overpriced.
Hey Leo. I have a physics question. If your PC case has three 120mm fans in the roof, does the front exhaust fan in the roof hinder the top intake fan in the front of the PC?
The inverted motherboard is going to bother people with OCD when using the tempered glass side panels. I am honestly just leaning towards the idea of vented side panels for this case and those like it. With all of those cable management challenges, what are we showing off anyway?
Looks like it was designed by a Citroen engineer from the 1960/70s, anyone who has ever tried doing home maintenance on Citroen car from that era will understand the comment...
When I saw the AIO and D15 I thought, surely Leo wouldn't just leave it here right? Haha Also, would the temps be better if you used a 360 mm rad? A 240mm rad wouldn't be enough heat capacity for a 11900k + a GPU usually. Edit : oh its a 280mm nvm
Ive built one pc in this case it came out nicely and about to start a second pc with a custom loop. You made it look like a difficult build with the sandwich layout but you have a wall of parts behind you, why dont you get creative with it
Be careful, it is glass. Now enjoy cleaning the glue residue from the sticker off of it. Yes, why do they put a sticker on that glass? Please don't. ;)
Hey Leo, I have a physics question. If your PC case has three 120mm fans in the roof, does the front exhaust fan in the roof hinder the top intake fan in the front of the PC?
It depends on the distance between the two fans - in a compact chassis they will likely be close, in a larger chassis they could be a distance apart but in principle 'yes'
@@KitGuruTech I have a large case, the GameMax Abyss with a ryzen 2700x and a ASUS ROG Strix Radeon RX 570 OC Edition 8 GB GDDR5. It seemed to me that it might be the case that that the front fan may be hinderd, thanks for your help sir.

I was wondering if the PSU bracket couldn't be move lower to create space to run that 360mm rad tubes? I love this case. it's a Yay for me.

I doubt it would matter much, but I'm curious if the feet spacers would have any affect on thermals. You never got back to them :)
This is a perfect case for custom loop builds!
If you move the psu bracket to lower position there would be more space to run 360 aio tubes
Barely any choices with micro and itx motherboards, makes compact atx cases more desirable.

GPU benefits more from the watercooling for the different reason - the waterblock has a direct die contact, hence no thermal resistance of IHS.

The installation method of the graphics card side insertion, the thickness of the graphics card is 67mm, can it be forced to be installed?
Jansbo must do some reingeniering to get the max of posibility from this case it can be greater!

Any chance KitGuru will review the msi MPG Quietude 100S atx case? Thanks!

Which 360mm radiator and fans would it fit?

Good video I think I would do a custom loop on the cpu with a 280 rad but that gpu block beautiful

Hi, I have never built a mini computer system. How do you attach so many fans to the motherboard? Do you use splitter cables or a fan hub? As most motherboards that size only have 2 fan headers. Thanks for another great video.
The Gigabyte 590I has four fan headers so the pump and two 140mm connect directly and the three 120mm are on a splitter cable.
@@KitGuruTech thanks very much.

Usually you should not mount the graphics card vertically, the only exception is when you watercool it.
Weird you might have got an older stock of the GPU Waterblock as mine came with Thermal Grizzly liquid metal?
EK does indeed include Thermal Grizzly with the block. I chose to use MX-5 for the review.

Perhaps we should have rolled the Jonsplus on its roof to improve access. Good point!
In a case meant to show off your hardware, the mobo should be right-side up, imo.
