There is something very primordially English about this (NOT Scots-Irish), these people have preserved a bit of old English culture that doesn't appear to exist here any more.
While living in northeast TN , the hillbilly wife and I spent a LOT of Saturday nights at the Carter Family Fold in Hiltons, VA...........always enjoyed not only the EXCELLENT bluegrass music, but the local cloggers !!!!
The girl in the blue top and blue jeans is Samantha Wilhelmi and she teaches clogging at the Surry Arts Council in Mount Airy, NC. She has won many competitions and is a super teacher. Love her style.
I saw the red dress lady in Australia Woodford folk festival her and her husband are a singing duo and she has an awesome voice and can dance so well. I saw them twice i was so impressed
To the side of the girl in red is a woman in jeans and blue top. It is her solid sure footed steps that impress me most. These are the steps I saw done most often growing up.

Several folks below have correctly identified the "girl in red" as Martha Spencer formerly of the family White Top Mountain Band. I managed to see her just a few weeks ago with her current band The Blue Ridge Girls who played traditional music at Floydfest in SW Virginia. Heck, I even hiked a section of AT that winds around White Top Mountain the previous week.
The lady in red looks like Martha Spencer of the Whitetop Mountain Band. If it is, she has stated that she learned many of the old mountain dancing steps, but embellished with her own style and moves.
Looks like the girl in red and the old boy with his own board are clogging and all the rest are flat footing. I prefer the more laid back flat footing.
TheCrittercam001 I agree. I am more attracted to the calmer, "old-timey" style of clogging instead of all the manic feet flailing. I just wish the camera panned over the rest of the dancers more.

It's a very interesting documentary on southern buck/clog/flatfoot/tap dance. It features some of the old timey legends of clogging and buck dancing. I think you'll like it.
