I agree. Ash tmnt had hyperstone heist on the genesis which could be considered a cross between turtles and time with some elements of tmnt 3 the manhattan. But with fewer levels but the we’re longer so we got to ten level being program into 5 with two boss fights our more per level.
I remember playing this game in the entrance of a Pamida store. We figured out we could play it for free once each time we unplugged the machine. Never knew what the game or series was about, but damn was it a fun pastime while mom was shopping in Pamida.

It's showing off the arrival of the radioactive comet that started the whole story. It supposedly raised the area around it high above the clouds, creating Moo Mesa (the setting of all this weirdness) and mutated the local wildlife into the anthropomorphic creatures seen in the show. Yeah, it's weird 😅
Wait, the final boss was the first boss all this time? I didn't know! 🤣 Also, Konami should have made a "Sunset Riders & C.O.W. Boys" crossover game, like "Battletoads" and "Double Dragon" did, that would have been awesome back then!

Not really ran by AI, but programmed by hand to have the exact inputs for a perfect game (TAS = Tool Assisted Speedrun)
That's the neat thing about tool assisted speedruns, a program does all the work *for* you
I just realized that bosses have more health if there are more players.
So it's like how Cuphead bosses are stronger because of playing with two players? Hmm, interesting.
