All of these drills are super helpful, and very fun to do. The high speed makes the drills challenging and very rewarding when you are able to do them well.

    1. Be loose in your finger so you can change grip elbow infront of body
    2. Use a kick back movement
    1. Attack from the net
    2. Midcourt forehand and backhand
    Tap hits at the net
    Soft slices to midcourt
    Shuttles with fast pace
    Defence with rotation in forearm

Maybe I missed it, but what does "keeping the arm in position" really mean? One flaw I often see is that the elbow is next to the body, preventing the arm to move to the backhand side freely. Keep the elbow in front of your body like shown (but I think not mentioned) in this video. I hope this might help somebody reading it. ;)

Hi, i watch ur videos regularly... They r great.. I have learned many things from ur videos... Thanku... I have a request... Could you please do a video on how to be ready for defending a smash but also be ready for a drop.... I mean the footwork... Sometimes i get stuck in the smash defence position, not able to attend the disguise drop.... If u could do a video on it.... It would be very useful...

Sir I like playing Badminton very much. I watch videos from your UA-cam channel and practice in the drawing room at home the song techniques you teach like jump smash, slice, drop shot, back hand clear, footwork. My question is, I practice alone in the drawing room. How much time a day should I practice footwork and shots so that I can become good at badminton and win all games!!! Note that I want to learn Badminton as a hobby. Not as a profession. Because I took Maths in Honors 2nd year I am over aged. Your valuable opinion aunty dear sir

i started playing last summer but there are only 2 times where i actually "play", i stiff up every time i see a smash coming, only in those 2 times that i can return smashes.

Try doing exercises where you are totally loose and then be comfortable with that. Then add exercises where you mix between bring loose and tight, really hope it works💪🏻
