Bought my Wuben X3 while I was in China in December 2023 with the USB-C charging stand and the charging case for about $30 USD. One of my favourite lights.
If I read the specs right, the one thing keeping me from buying the Boruit is the modes go from high to low instead of low to high. Nice comparison, I think you're the only one that has done this!
These things are great. Ive got a couple of buruit ones, which are pretty cheap on amazon. I do find the batteries dont last that long but they are still fantastic
Wuben much better! Even this prototype version. But pleasure to see what not everyone can pay for Wuben. They can't understand why Wuben better. So it's not problem, coz I will be unique one.🤘
I use the Wuben X3. Mine has the aluminum case. I use it almost daily. I also have other Wuben lights so I don't need a charging port on the light itself. Great light...
What’s that Nitecore wireless charger 👀 Is it Qi2 certified? Thanks for the comparison! The Wuben is very very cool, hard to beat when not considering the price
I have Wuben, but later option from kickstarter(almost same as retail) and only thing I really miss is ability to charge it with type C. I can charge it with wireless charger, but I dont want to carry it when I travel
what I really hate about X3 it the charging base. I endup always spending a lot of time to find it when it's time to charge, and it's really easy to lose it
Really shouldn't have made this when the v20 is out with 180 degree head. Much better comparison, even than, you can buy 5+ of the boruit, and not have to worry about proprietary charging
Wuben x3... Nice size, cool features, so so charging (But I can live with it). However, the pocket clip is a deal-breaker. It is totally for show and almost entirely useless. Almost half the damn light sticks out of your pocket. The name of the game is deep carry. I don't want a Pocket knife that sits an inch and a half above my pocket, or a flashlight that does the same. Wuben, fix this.
Also, if you were working on the car, you'd probably be sticking the v20 under the hood where the 80° swivel would be most appropriate. Not so with the 90° right angle of the wuben x3.
Nah , you can also set up the wuben x3 head in other angles if you just don't finish the rotation, you just trying to justify the fact that the boruit is cheaper, it has less functionality than the wuben x3
@@santidbe400 Yeah that's my goal in life -- defending a flashlight lolol. So you'd clip the X3 to your hat, partially rotate the beam to one side and then just walk sideways. Okay I see
откровенно говоря ерунда эти уникальные зарядные устройства, если они сломаются или потеряются то зарядить нечем будет фонари. Так что победителей тут не вижу

boruit v20 it is better than wuben and v15 and much smaller, and it does not have the disadvantages of v15
been edc wuben x3 for a few months, i wish they would get rid of the wireless charging and put a usb type-c port in it.
Great job reviewing. You make everything very appealing.
Thanks! Do I make it too appealing? 😅
I just bought the Boruit clone of the X3 for US$12.5 including shipping.
It's not in the same league as the X3 but for the price...it's unbelievable.
Nice.
Had both. Wuben broke before 2 months. Wanted a refund they fought me so much. No thank you.
The other dropped so many times and still works

The v20 atleast is low to high. Great little light
@@402outdoorzx5The V20 is kinda garbage, the V10 and especially v15 are miles better
@@dogmeat2418why?

Wuben is more refined by a lot. But the lack of type c charging kills it for me.

I'll be reviewing this nitecore powerbank here soon. It is a must have for EDC. amzn.to/3JbjptU
V20 is the best pocket edc light, rotatetable head 180°,magnetic base, two way clip, usb c port, i really love my v20.
@@joeyraizo I'm releasing a car EDC video in about 4 hours. I included the V20 in that kit. So, I'll be reviewing there. 👍🏻👍🏻
I’m getting shipped one tomorrow 🥳
V30 is out now and even more improved
@@agooddaytofish2736 i've got one now in my pocket 🤣

The X3 can do 1200 lumens on Turbo on the model without the red light.

Yep, wish it had type c charging. I'm to the point I don't buy anything if it's not type c
Try the boruit v20, its excelent choice for the price
Non of them!
I was issued a Energizer 2AA flashlight and a Petzl. This two lights do it for me.
what I really hate about X3 it the charging base. I endup always spending a lot of time to find it when it's time to charge, and it's really easy to lose it
It’s funny how people only see the double bend on the pocket clips. They can both be clipped onto a hat
Nice review 👌
Thank you!
fun fact: you can double click the power button on the boruit v15 to turn it on hands free, same with most of the other models
Odd, mine doesn't seem to do that. 🤔
Уговорил братец)) Выбираю boruit. Спасибо за обзор из Сибири!!!
boruit is on sale right now $21 after the coupon
Nice. Thanks for letting us know.
What about boruit v20?
I will be reviewing it here soon.
the BORUIT V15 you can leave turbo on you just click it and leave it on turno
Odd, I couldn't find a way to do that. Didn't read anything about it in the manual either.
if you double click the button on the boruit it will stay on hands free
Ok, hmmm... I didn't find that in the manual.
@@FittoSurvivedid you check it after ? Does it stay on?
I think the boruit v20 would compare better.
The boruit is blowing wuben out if the water especially for the price
It really is competitively priced.

Buruit just launched a model with rotating head, just like wuben but for 13 bucks, not sure about quality though, looks like it was made in a hurry 😂
The v20 is great build quality, the one I got anyways.
Brute it wins 🔦
👍🏻👍🏻
The price kills this review. The Wuben is way over priced.
It’s $61 dollars now
You have a lot more functionality from the Wuben x3
$180 Australian. Too eccy.

I guess it was made shirt pocket pointed forward.
The wuben is better but not x3 better :P
Who releases a flashlight these days without the option to charge via C port? Overpriced.
6:00 You're missing the point of the 80° swivel. It's for your hat, where the X3 swivel is useless

Wuben x3 is RIDICULOUSLY expensive.
