The most important element that we need , that other foreign entities utilize is community. We act individually, they act as a group. Build you a team, build you a community, with them ( AFRiCANS) and with us (AFRiCAN BLK AMERICANS).

The only group of Africans that act in groups are the Igbos. But the rest want to do things individually.

@@xavion2678 Dealing with an unbelievable situation. Thank God for a whistleblower. A friend helps run a Children's Home from abroad in a certain African country and raises a lot of money, and her trusted Director, who is like a son to her, is robbing the place blind. His lies are so outrageous that they are believable, and the staff is like his servants. I understand that there are people who aren't honest and take a small percentage, but this one seems to be pocketing 70% and the children are suffering. How are we going to rise when this is the norm all over the continent?

It is load shedding period and the cuts affects all people including Tanzanian business owners too. It's a wonder how you can react by saying you are fed up. I think that is exactly what Jay Cameron is trying to say you should not react in such manner if doing business in Africa. You should expect to face such challenges to come your way and persevere

Oshae, just wanna say most diasporas are too focus on the negativity,am Ghanaian living in Europe, and most the people back home in Ghana or Africa see us having money and will dupe you if you not street smart, the same in the land issues ,business issues, the only thing I want the diasporas to first come to continent, study what you are interested in, and study what people want in America, then think about how you can do it before investing your monies, Europeans ,Chinese, Indians and arabs do the same, and they becomes millioners ,humble yourself and stop showing off, try to switch your American accent, and pretend to learn,

Yes O’Shay I hear you, on the business issues concerning Africa. You also need to set up work shops in the US so that you can help brothers and sisters in the ghetto do better. Starting a business in any country, can be adios. When going back to America you should take a Kenyan or a Ugandian to show AA’s youth how customer services, having manners and not using profanities in front of customers is done. We can learn from each other. 1🌍
