Coleslaw with Pineapple
1/4 of large cabbage thinly sliced
1 small carrots thinly sliced
1 tbsp onion minced
1 small can pineapple tidbits drained
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Centrepiece
36 small skewers
small flower foam
1 ramekin
4-6 pieces boiled beef hotdogs
36 red seedless grapes
36 pieces cheese cubes
36 mini marshmallows

Great question. I guess it has something to do during the time it was invented, that Susan a common name need not to go serving around the table anymore with the presence of the turntable.
