The reason why Devs say that a no hit is possible is because they've played the game they made so many times that they can beat it without getting hit. They made the patterns! They know when it's going to happen!
Ironically, many of these devs are just straight up lying, or specifically referring to it being no hittable with TAS, or both. Plus a game being no-hittable doesn't make it fair. It's just the absolute bare minimum.

I feel like they should be a bit more imposing and I haven't really seen many fan games explore them well. Probably because people think Sans is the strongest of all the monsters due to Sans fight difficulty, when the game itself says Sans is the weakest. Lots of monsters are way more powerful, and getting a fanmade fight of them could be very interesting. For example Asgore, he survived the whole human-monster war being probably the main target in the war, he may even had killed lots of humans and just didn't take their soul for moral things. The only reason of why he doesn't fight with his true power in his fight, is because the player is just a children, and Asgore didn't liked the idea of killing in the first place. After Asgore, probably the second stronger monster is Undyne, I mean, she is literally the only monster with natural determination. Most of fanmade game are a waste of potential, there could be way more interesting things than just ''Sans but he has this power because of * insert explanation *''. There could be fangames of the hard mode, of any other character absorbing the souls, Asgore at full power, Undyne with more phases, Mettaton Neo having an actual fight, Undyne and Sans teaming, or any other character teaming with some other strong character (for example mettaton neo is some kind of glass cannon, so getting him combined with Asgore or Undyne, which are more tanky, would be an op combo idk).
Actually, Sans only difficult is his poison thing with karma, thats why he kills you with "ease", unlike the others actually strong bosses who hit you hard, even tho you become inmune for a bit, you received a bit chunk of damage and they have resistance, sans only dodges and can kill you like that for the karma thing, the other bosses are stronger

Ill never understand why they make the literal WEAKEST monster in the game the most powerful one. Undyne was literally able to harness determation and is also extremely hard. We literally only see asriel as a GOD. Floweys also really strong. There is so much potential there. Mettaton's box form could also be a boss fight sense we cant even damage it in neutral even if we do have levels. But no funny bone man gets to be the most powerful. (edit: for anyone who thinks Sans isnt weak. imagine if he didnt have karma and also had invis frames. Or imagine if other characters didnt have invis frames and had karma)
Uhm, actually, Glad Dummy is the weakest character because he has 0 ATK and 0 DEF. Anyways, yeah, they do make him OP, Sans should've gotten tired out after 3 attacks in phase 2 of Last Breath.

I love how what people who make this crap don’t understand is that sans is a hard boss fight because of the game he was in, The whole game you’d fight the same basic rules. Sans was so difficult and powerful because he broke those rules the game set. Sans was clever, dodging? No monster had ever done that not to mention from the less expected monster, Poison damage? No monster had done that. No invincibility frames? No monster did that Not even omega flowey or aerial! And of course, Sans attacked first, No other monster has had there turn first. It caught you off guard but wasn’t impossible with fast reflexes, It was hard but fair
Sad part is I can see a lot of the screen moving gimmicks being cool if the attacks you dodged were easier to handle, but it just looks like a headache trying to process all that while the game is upside down. (Unless I'm just a dunce, and that's video editing magic...)
If you want to make good fangame, don't put 69 Morbillion Gaster Blasters and Put signs of when your gonna attack, make it seem fair, try not to be too cringe, and be creative

The lore behind it is gaster is using sans’s body to kill your in a short time frame and has to reset it every time he fails this healing you fully because you start at full health

I honestly wish there could be more fangames made about literally anything else outside of Sans in the genocide run... Like the other characters...
Ill never understand why they make the literal WEAKEST monster in the game the most powerful one. Undyne was literally able to harness determation and is also extremely hard. We literally only see asriel as a GOD. Floweys also really strong. There is so much potential there. Mettaton's box form could also be a boss fight sense we cant even damage it in neutral even if we do have levels. But no funny bone man gets to be the most powerful. (edit: for anyone who thinks Sans isnt weak. imagine if he didnt have karma and also had invis frames. Or imagine if other characters didnt have invis frames and had karma)
Uhm, actually, Glad Dummy is the weakest character because he has 0 ATK and 0 DEF.
Anyways, yeah, they do make him OP, Sans should've gotten tired out after 3 attacks in phase 2 of Last Breath.
Not to mention nobody remember the 6 humans soul existed.

I love how what people who make this crap don’t understand is that sans is a hard boss fight because of the game he was in,
The whole game you’d fight the same basic rules.
Sans was so difficult and powerful because he broke those rules the game set.
Sans was clever, dodging? No monster had ever done that not to mention from the less expected monster,
Poison damage? No monster had done that.
No invincibility frames? No monster did that Not even omega flowey or aerial!
And of course, Sans attacked first,
No other monster has had there turn first.
It caught you off guard but wasn’t impossible with fast reflexes,
It was hard but fair

This is actually surprisingly easy and a lot fair than other and the real *average* undertale fangames
Sad part is I can see a lot of the screen moving gimmicks being cool if the attacks you dodged were easier to handle, but it just looks like a headache trying to process all that while the game is upside down.

These aren’t even bad you can tell this had effort this HAD a reason not just someone copy pasting sans’s attacks the only problem is that the attacks are stupidly difficult making it seem like it was just made for it to be hard the attacks are creative the sprites are ok the story is ok it’s just brutally difficult
