Hello mam I have combination acne prone skin and white blackheads with visible pores on t-zone. I am using retin 0.25%, deconstruct aha 25% and bha 2% serum, derma doc 10%vitc c and 5% niacinamide serum, azaelic acid 10% gel 10%, biosilk moisturiser, dr sheth sunscreen. Beside all these I still facing some small acne type on t- zone which have no pain but they don't go or reduce. Plz help me in treating it also what are they?

Hi Nipun…I’m using niacinamide+ snail mucin+ Sunscreen in my AM routine and tretinoin+snail mucin followed by moisturiser(3days) & niacinamide+salicylic acid (3days) in my PM routine …besides this, doing double cleansing daily as advised by you(deconstruct balm) but still my face feels stretchy after wash until I apply something on it. Is there anything wrong with my routine? I don’t have any other issue..just sebaceous filaments
Use hydrating cleanser , may be your present cleanser is making your skin dry
