Recipe elderflower syrup
15 elder umbels 1 lemon 1 orange
1000 ml water
24 hours let rest
1 kg sugar from 1 lemon the juice into the juce
let it cook for 1 minute
fill it hot up into clean bottles
Recipe elderflower liqueur
15 elderflower umbels 1 lemon a half orange one pear
750 ml water
24 hours let rest
250 mg sugar from one lemon the juice into the juice
let it cook for 1 minute
cooling down
700 ml 40 % wodka mix with the lemon
fill it up into clean bottles

Schönen guten Tag liebe Sigrid. Das ist ja wieder sehr interessant was du hier zusammenbraust und aus ein paar natürlichen Zugaben hervorzauberst. Bestimmt ergibt das einen ganz interessanten Geschmack. Ich gebe zu , dass wir aus unserem Garten nicht so viel herausholen wie du. Da werden wir wohl einiges verpassen.
