Unbelievably stupid how much they complicated this, just let me choose the body type I want from the start. It is like 2k WANTS people to be annoyed with their game. The thing I least expect them to change, they change anyway. It is STUPID.
I think it’s cool you gotta make a big body. My biggest complaint is you go burly to large and large is smaller than burly
@@swisher2k Dude, it's horrible. The reason you gave alone is enough reason to complain. You can't switch between different body types, you literally have to create a new build if you want a new body type, which they also want you to spend money on.
@@raham9583 you can switch it after you unlock it. You just go to the appearance goto chest and you can go to any of the ones you’ve unlocked.

@@swisher2k Ok, you can switch between body types now, but it still stupid that when you create a new build you have to lift for a another 3 weeks for a cosmetic you could get at the start for free.
Yes body type hely you on defense an help you get to spots on offense through traffic yes it helps
You have to look at body types form a gaming like you playing ml standpoint, body types triggers animations.
I got burly on the pure lock , it’s the best one. Better than solid , buff , etc.

Its also based on your position. I made the same build for each position but they all would upgrade to different body types.
What’s the height and weight for PG, SG and SF to get flexible body for those positions
Once again, a stupid new addition to the game that nobody asked for... I've made at least two builds that I love but just not happy with the body type selections... Idk how this isn't a part of the character creation screen... I should know how my build gonna end up looking before I add VC.. why tf 2k makes everything a mystery before you upgrade your character is beyond me... predatory practices on the consumer because they want you to mess up a build to create another one... instead they could just make a playable game that would make me want to create another build because the fun factor is there but no that's too hard for them... 2k suckss man lol

I like how you can’t be 7 feet 198 and think u gone be strong as hell … and I like how if u got those stats, u can’t make ur player buff… because I’m real life it ain’t possible…
NOW PICKIN YOUROWNBODYTYPE ISWAY BETTER ,but I like them reaching for realism in a sense that it takes about a month in real life to see body gains a lot of times… so that’s cool..but THAT BADGE REFRESSION HAS NO PLACE ON THIS EARTH THE PERSON WHOSE IDEA IT SHOULD BE JAILED OR WORSE… tired of y’all Robbing millions of people… in my face.
I have a 6'9 defensive anchor and all of a sudden now he's jumping slow not grabbing rebounds like he used was not blocking shots and my blocks are 95 and my vertical is 91 and my offensive rebound is 87 am I defensive rebound is 92 it's like ever since I switched my body shape to buff he's not blocking shots and jumping high or dunking the ball for that matter I don't know what's going on plus I weigh 251 lb and my wingspan is 7'7

Nah but you can adjust your body type. Go to appearance then edit your myplayer, then go down to chest.

Depends on height/weight, max weights or close to max usually gets u burly, 6’8 235 (max weight for a 6’8), gets you burly
