    In this video the Indian dance is more refined and expressive while the Flamenco dance is blunt, but has still retained the elements of Indian root. Flamenco is so passive aggressive and beautiful.

      Flamenco to me is an expression of repressed art rtrying to resist and burst.
      Indian dance here is the refined calm poise of a free roaming wild horse, flamenco is the same horse captured and repressed wildly trying to free itself.
      The repression is understandable if seen historically that the gypsies were discriminated and mistreated and relegated to enslavement or banishment from to their land of origin in music appreciating india to music repressing abrahamic faith lands of muslim and Christian Nations.

    • @jjboswell5043

      Not Egypt, no. Some Romani travelled into Egypt but a very very small fraction. The connection to Egypt is because Europeans just guessed at our origins and at the time they knew what Egyptians looked like from word of mouth so they assumed these ornately dressed, brown people with a different language were from Egypt, hence the slur Gypsy came about

    This is the most beautiful blend of Indian with flamenco i have seen. It is neither indian nor flamenco but a new sound and blend of its own. Full of beauty and passion of the divine. Truely can see the various forms of Indian dance and music having deeply influenced the birth of flamenco. Though traditional flamenco is beautiful it is Great to finally hear and see flamenco done with originality rather than the same old rhythms, dances and constant aggressive passion. Thank you

    The Kathak from 🇮🇳 - similarly with the Flemings ( Romani / gipsy ) from Europe who originated from 🇮🇳 - has many commonality like some words, mode of worship etc.
    There were many invasions by Turks, Moguls, etc who were converting peoples to Islam by force so to avoid this, peoples started migrating towards west, Middle East,central Asia, Russia and Europe and even to the American Continent.

    • @truth_seekerwhatever7697
      @truth_seekerwhatever7697 Рік тому +1

      No , they did not migrate because of Moguls . These people were taken as Slaves. People who would clean the shit at their palaces and clean the streets. Some may had other skills too. That is why these people became gypsies roaming from one place to another once those Empires collapsed , cloud no adjust to modern way of life. Mostly were untouchables by caste.

The Lambada ( Roma) Gypsy tribe's vibrant traditions have significantly shaped and preserved flamenco as we know it today, captivating audiences worldwide with its rhythmic beats, graceful movements, and powerful expressions.

      @jjboswell5043 Місяць тому +1

      Some Mexican people use Romani words and some of the culture too because the Portuguese, British and Spanish used enslaved Romani people to build colonial settlements and to be blacksmiths etc as a way to rid their European homeland from as many of us as possible. Those Roma mixed with indigenous populations and left traces behind if you know what to look for, for instance the Romani word for a young boy is "chavo" which I understand is similar to a word in a particular dialect of Mexican Spanish

    indian dance is known as kathak in this video.. it was the dance that was performed in temples and it depicts lord krishna and radha rani's tales as kathak means kath=story ak= teller.. and when the mughals invaded india , kathak became a court dance with a lil of its mughal's touch.. as there are two kinds of kathak , hindu kathak and mughali kathak! but there is not much difference between both so it is simply known as kathak!

      Los gitanos vienen de la india. Pero el flamenco (danza) tiene origen árabe mezclado con la cultura ibera. Una mezcla de culturas. Lo han hecho coincidir en coreografía.

    • @adirnwkfbeikrjfkae4428

      @Angyliv Te equivocas, el flamenco no nació en España y menos en Andalucia lo que trajeron los árabes que esta documentado se llaman moaxajas y jarchas nacidas en el siglo IX y XI, el Flamenco es solo gitano porque uno de los grupos se les creyo naturales de Flandes por su gentilicio de flamencos, más de la mitad de este grupo avanzo hacia el Sur llevandose su gentilicio por eso al acento gitano se le llamo flamenco, como a su voz flamenco, bailes flamencos, trajes de flamenco, toque flamenco, ect....., asi fue como llego esta palabra a Andalucia por el nombre que portaban.
      El flamenco no es una creo en España que por eso todos los payos de españa no son flamencos ni los arabes expulsados fueron conocidos flamencos en el mundo ¿podrias dejar de ser ya de una vez por todas tan antigitanos?

      "Wake Up My Love"
      The song is composed by Oliver Rajamani but the lyrics are taken from the poem of the Indian princess Mira who wrote spiritual love songs.
      Wake up my darling with the flute
      wake up my beloved
      the night is over, morning has come
      in every household doors are open
      one can hear the cowheardess churning the curds
      the jingling of bells
      wake up lord it is already morning
      the angels are standing at the doorstep
      the cowboys are making noise
      taking bread and butter in their hands
      and so on the lyrics goes.........
