Only for RAID setup, otherwise it is not worth it.
In RAID 1, the effective storage capacity is only half of the total drive capacity because all data get written twice.
Also, Software RAID 1 solutions do not always allow a hot swap of a failed drive.
Hot swapping means being able to make hardware changes when the system is already in running state.

i5 9400f is still a considerable CPU at lower-mid range, but when you go ₹20k+ for that, it becomes awful less value for money.
R5 3600 outperforms them in gaming at ₹17k and if you still wish to spend 24k for i5, go for R7 3700x for ₹4k more(since you would be buying a cooler for the i5 with that money).

Seagate is best! I bought barracuda 1TB 7200RPM for my PC and it's super quiet snd fast. My PC boots up in just 10-12 secs and keep in mind i have no ssd.
