I agree you need to sign your work. All of your work. My mom did sign, but didn’t put a year. Your friends won’t always remember. Her children will say it was painted by a friend of my moms, but I don’t know who. It’s important to those left behind. I’m also a life long (62)Arizonan, it’s 🥵 but gorgeous 🌵.
These are my favorite type of gifts. I have a few of them. They always sit in my window with all my plants. Orchids. Right where I do my dishes. I look upon them very fondly with love. They are my most favorite type of present. You took the time to make it out of love. And it echoes such beautiful vibrations off of it. I'm absolutely hooked! It's never too late--I'm a 58 year old widow, mostly a needle and wet felter, and I've never envisioned myself being able to do any kind of watercolor art or drawing. I'm so proud of the pieces I've done so far! You make everything so approachable. ♥

Lovely little keepsake, I agree with other commenters that say sign your work! I have made hundreds of lil jobs but I was told NOT to sign as that limited the customer base! I do regret that it was a habit when I started doing more of my own artworks, but I sign everything now, even silly postcards I paint for gifts for friends and relatives! I even leave a signature on calligraphy pieces I do. Sometimes if a client wants just the saying, I will for sure leave my sig on the back or smaller under a mat! I do enjoy watching your videos, Thank You.
