DETAILS OF THE CONVERSION METHOD:
1. Most economical conversion method
2. No disfigurement of original battery unit.
3. Easy to do steps.
Note: Follow the safety precautions while soldering & working on Electrical Components.
Well anyone would rightly ask “why do this”?
Reasons:
1. This is a situation where U bought a battery operated drill couple of years back and now the battery pack does not have power for recharging i.e. most of the cells in the pack are now dead and cannot be recharged.
2. What we are suggesting financially and logistically is to discontinue ur dependence on the cell or batteries and instead convert the system so ur drill machine now runs on electricity and in order to do that you need to do the following:
STEPS:
a. Buy a step down 18volts adapter having at least 125 amperes. This can cost you a few dollars only.
b. While you are at the electrical store, please also buy an extension cord of sufficient cable length.
c. Remove the battery pack by opening its casing by using a screw driver.
d. Solder the +ve wire to the positive of the connector. The other wire is -ve and so it goes to the -ve of the connector.
e. After soldering the above two wires the conversion is almost complete. All u need to do now is to press the connector into the housing with the help of plastic pipes in order to ensure that the connectors stay fixed in the originally installed position.
f. Take these two wires out through the two screw holes of the casing and solder with the -ve and +ve wires of the 18volt adapter.
g. Your drill machine is now ready for operation as an electrical unit without any change in its performance i.e. speed or power.

Good conversion without making any body change

Very well shown the convertion of cordless to corded drill, but im looking for what adapter or charger to use especialy the out of dc voltage and amperes.
Thanks dear for the Like. I am using Toshiba Model 75101U-B. Input AC 100-240Volts, 50-60Hz, Output DC +24V, 3.125Amps or 75 Watts.
Formulae is Watts=volts x amps or amps= 75watts/24volts=3.1amps. As explained in my video I got a good offer on a 24 volts adapter and I am using it instead of the 18volts. With this adapter my drill machine is doing just fine and giving me all that it was originally designed for without any operational issues.
However to stay with 18volts this is what you shall need. To get same 3 amps as what I am getting you need a 54 watts adapter 18volts.
However if you desire to obtain higher amps ie 4 or 5 this is what you need on a 18volts adapter. To get 4amps you need a 72 watts adapter and if you need 5amps then a 90watts adapter is required. I hope now you have a wide range of choice to pick from. You may discuss this with the electrical stores personnel in order to decide.
What about to cordless circular saw convert to corded it is pOsible?and hOw?
Sir you need to follow the same method as shown. In both these cases we are only converting the energy source of running of these machines from cells to electricity.
