Honestly tho, mazda never dissapoints in the driving departement, I have a mazda 6 and even though that car's platform is 10 years old and it isn't the most practical car, it drives beautifully like what matt said about the CX 3 🔥🔥
I have a 2016 Mazda cx3. Almost done 200000 kms. Drove the length and breadth of South Africa. Still going like a brand new car. Great build quality. Planning to do another 200k on it
Great little car, had mine since 2017, it was the very first pre facelift model. No issues at all in almost 7 years of ownership. Fuel economy I am averaging only 8.6, which is a little disappointing but other than that, loving the car and will hand it down to my daughter when she gets her Ps.
@@tonybennett638 all these cars are all looking almost the same and pricing going up it's a joke. Then no fault of their own, these car reviewers make it out like it's something to look forward too and it's complete bullshit...all hard plastic with basic engines slap a ridiculous figure on top and call it a day.
Honestly for the price if you want a mazda you are better off going with the CX-30 As i have the 2023 model wish i great and packs alot more for the money then the cx-3 not to mention the new version just came our with wireless carplay and android auto , wireless charging a newer spec to replace the touring SP and it now comes with a sunroof at a lower price point and a bigger screen that is capable of touch functionality unlike mine plus more including a new colour. But i got my G20 Touring for under $38,000 which after the savings puts it around the cost of this spec of CX-3 but just better in every way.
I was under the impression the CX-3 was in the process of being discontinued and wasn't expecting any sort of facelift. I'm shopping in this price range and just find there are so many better options for the price.
I suggest you test drive one before you knock it. The interior feel and quality is a step above nearly every rival at this price point. It really feels like you're getting amazing value.
The CX3 is a great little car, like a go kart to drive. BUT no good once you have kids as the baby seats don’t fit in the back and the strollers don’t fit in the boot.
It's a great car but definitely not a family car..rear space is pretty useless and can hardly fit a child seat...but it drives nice, and has that solid feeling as well
Difficult touchscreen, often unresponsive and dangerous. CarPlay is slow, rear camera quality is a decade behind. Small, high noise and fuel consumption. at $38k, so popular in Australia - we're really being riippp ooofff
i own one and while i liked it at first, i have changed my mind and think that it´s a garbage car. Mine is from 2021 and has tons of problems. The suspension is very unrefined and produces knocking sounds that are very difficult to reproduce. The garage put those plastic top spring covers on it but it only helped a bit. Then it has the steering issue where on longer highway drives the steering wheel gets sticky in the middle position. They did some lubrication work that Mazda says has to be done but it didn´t help. This also is very difficult to reproduce. Then the engine is like the whole car extremely loud and unrefined. Road noise, engine, suspension. Everything seems so utterly unrefined on this car. My engine furthermore makes strange piston slap like knocking noises that other Mazdas don´t do. The gearbox is also like the rest, mediocre at best. When it´s cold shifting from 1st into 2nd makes grinding noises as if the sychronization was broken. and sometimes shifting into 5th or 6th gear blocks. The garages all know from those issues, but don´t really do anything about it. Those faults are not major, but there are so many minor faults that this is definitely my first and last Mazda. This is definitely not a quality car. It´s built on cheap parts that often are out of tolerance and then cause those minor issues that do not stop the car from driving, but completely destroy the joy of driving.
This is fake news. Australia is probably Mazda's most successful markets alongside Thailand and some places in Europe. Mazda is a minnow in the US and Japan.
They could of made it so it doesn't look like a ipad glued to the dash, yuk too the gloss black parts. Copper inserts?? Weird design choices throughout
I GOT IT WRONG 😭 - this lovely colour is Platinum Quartz, not Aero Grey! THANK YOU WIPERTECH!! Use code “CARSAUCE15” at checkout for 15% off your order and free express shipping! Link here for WiperTech: bit.ly/3PG6kxj
Had one overpriced and noisy 2 ltr engine and the trans is not that great. The info tainment system is slow and and crap and the revers camera is from the 2000
Mr Matthew brand, when you boys meaning both of you are coming down for the dare ice coffee shout or a barista coffee? You guys are also welcome to use the fastest EV charger on the MP hit us up
Does it have a spare wheel .If so, is it a full sized alloy wheel .I hate space saver wheels .If you have to use a space saver on a motorway at 80 ks you are going to die as big truck s will run over you thinking your a speed bump in the road .Even kids on electric scooters will speed on past you , Ha .

Looks exactly the same as the previous version. What a gimmick
Dead right...

How can you remove the awd and call it an upgrade?
The back seat and boot are useless!
And that little glass for the HUD ...
Not great 😕
I think the car looks good but that's it, just a car that's nice to look at. If I was looking for a car I'd probably look for something else

Hopefully Mazda has fixed their headlights to not blind oncoming drivers.
What might be a good car with rear seats ventilation at lower price ranges?
Still the old gen infotainment system!?
My new car. Thanks, guys.

Needs more Jacob, no excuses!
Good video Mr Sauce! I Learnt Heaps 💡🧠!
Rear air vents were previously added, they can be found underneath the front seats. I can't believe they still kept the same useless cup holders.

Strange they don't offer the black roof in the top of the line model...

It is not Aero-grey colour !
It is Platinum quartz 🧐
I thought they would discontinue this model, since they have the Mazda CX-30
I think they are disvcontinued in Japan. They are only build in Mexico now.
@@renevanderkooi5473 ooh ok that could explain! Thanks 🤗
The discontinue in germany as well
Great looking small SUV, sadly not sold in the UK.
What country is this?
Why don't they put that damn turbo charged 250hp cx-30 engine in the cx-3? that would have been so fun
You done a 5 second wheel spin !!!!!!!!
$38k - Rather buy a Mahindra 4x4
The halogen winker is a deal breaker!

AU is a tiny market for mazda. Usa is the market.

I really wish these didnt leave the states =(
Mazda should now discontinue CX-5 CX-4 & CX3 in 2026 CX-10 CX-20 & CX-40 models should come in this decade before 2030 .
Please speak a little bit slowly ( feeling quite stressed ! )
CX-30 better in almost every way including price if you haggle.
Where was Daddy Jacob?
Spoke too soon.
