Good QB prospect. Didn't get a full chance to show his stuff. QBs that run around need to sit for a season or 2. Everyone in the NFL is athletic. Unlike college where he could dominate physically. QB in the league is more mental than physical. Hope he's living well.

Troy Smith is the greatest QB to play at Ohio State. No other Ohio State QB has won the Heisman. No other QB before him has done what he did to the team up north. So many of these throws and scrambles are perfect. Brilliant. Without Troy Smith, you probably don't get Terrelle Pryor and some of the QBs that followed him. Troy is the greatest QB to have played at Ohio State.
Everything you said i correct, Love Troy and what he did for OSU but i’ll never forget that Florida game and his 35 total passing yards effort. That game for me really hurts his legacy.

They shouldn’t have hung 40 plus on the buckeyes. That was a total team loss on every level of the team - including Troy.
Troy Smith unfortunately played about 5 to 7 years to soon in the NFL ! Micheal Vick was about the only true dual threat Qb in the NFL at the time ! Now they are everywhere ! But not in 2007 or 2008 ! He would probably be a star now !

Once at the barber shop I saw TS. He was very nice. I was reading a book for school and he told me not to give up. Been a fan ever since.
