Shadow Hunter Lost World Premium: R.I.P. El Diablo set

Gear: El Diablo set (Mythic+)

One of the oldest banners, the El Diablo, is going to return in the second half month of this September. It was the best fire set for the normal attack build.
However, the adjustment from the devs this month has taken away its glory and turned the set into a waste.
The main reason is the reset of the stacks caused by normal attack crit hits. The core value of the Normal attack build is a high crit chance with high crit damage. The high crit chance, in this case, becomes the limitation of stacking buffs from the El Diablo set. Thus, the set has become useless.
Despite the small buff of the El Diablo weapon, the overall performance is heavily decreased due to the nerf of the set.
As a result, I DON'T recommend getting it at all.
