@@andrewssoundsofthepast110 Yep that same engine in the 4230 with the rotary pump cranks and cranks and cranks before it starts and usually needs a shot of ether.
Some questions on the radiator fit. I'm currently fitting a 7700 Turbo engine in a early 4020 Diesel that threw a rod and wrecked 90% of the original motor. I'm at the point where I'm checking the radiator fit. The combine w/p shaft comes out right against the rad core. Did you have to shorten the shaft and water pump hub?. Also the lower radiator hose connection to modified crank pulley is very tight...hose will rub...did you have to alter the lower rad connection?
On this one the water pump pulley doesn’t collide bugg t if heard of guys pushing then on but just remember your belt needs to line up with on fog the grooved. I believe the front. As the lower water pipe dad did have it moved out like a half inch. My 4010 didn’t need moved
@@andrewssoundsofthepast110 The water pump variation I have has a longer than normal pulley hub and shaft. I'll have to shorten both by 3/4" or so. Thanks for the radiator tip...if the lower connection were tipped to the outside the hose would clear. That's a very professional job done on your tractor. The one here will end up non turbo with the fuel cut back to 90 HP or so. It's main job will be to pull a Rowse D-9 mower in the summer.

Sounds like a 7700! I think it’s the in-line pump that makes them start like that.

What size rubber are you running on it looks great
20.8-34 on the rear 10.00-16 fronts for now I’d like 11.00-16 on it
Nice job! Looks Great! What width are those rims?
18 I believe
