just try your hardest that's all you can do! Keep yourself hydrated throughout the exam and go over notes or any other revision techniques you have. I wish the best for the exam ❤❤

I understand, but I’ll give you one piece of advice that I learned after so many years in school: some things are out of our control, we have to focus on what we can control. Do your best like you always have (you watch this video is a real proof of that)🥰. Remember that an exam at the end is ironically “only an exam”: you have to "prove" that you studied and then after like an hour or maybe two, you will return to live your beautiful life…after one week you don’t even remember about that…even after 5 years and etc…is something important? yes, but in the end of your life not so much…i think that you will remember other beautiful memories with your friends,partners,family,animals,experience ext. If you will freak out I recommend to you this exercise: bring your hand to your chest and focus on the beat of your heart, which is there and beats for you always from when you were born to now, every single moment, then put your hand on your belly and feel your breath. Just focus on it and at the slightest negative thought starts again and finally smile. Always remember to smile and laugh at life.
