Audiobooks and podcasts are a godsend for me. I have a 6 hour commute (flight plus drive) back home for breaks and they help me not feel super stressed out haha

for the subway, trying listening to an audiobook or a podcast maybe also record your teacher speaking in class or urself as you study and listen to these recordings, it will help you remember the info hope this helps 😁😁
I'm just finding your video, and as a college instructor, I'm going to incorporate it into my introductory module next semester. I agree with the suggestion for listening to recordings. I have a former student who used to do that while she was driving, and she said it really helped her.
