PGMA visit to Lubao

President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo led the distribution of cash payments for surrendered firearms of 12 former rebels (FRs) under the government's Social Integration Program (SIP) in Pampanga this Tuesday afternoon. The surrendered firearms consisted of M1 Garrand Rifles, M16 rifles, an M14, 45 and 38-caliber pistols, a 9-mm pistol, and a 12-gauge shotgun.
