I like tableau desktop, don't need code, it brings data all together easy to work on, and having people on same page easy to see and understand the results by pictures. Thanks for class!!! Good one
The video is from 2015 so think something about finding a more new video, it was almost the first i find search for the topic and lets try i think - I'm glad I did not just move on , is a nice and really great presentation and helps me a lot ! I know my English grammar is not very good (because I am Danish), but would like to say thank you for the video anyway :D
Great presentation covering visual design fundamentals, cognitive implications, and practical examples. I would only include a short explanation about type of data (numerical, categorical) related to various goals and types of graphs.
Honestly,I agree with all the parts by "RedYellowGreen" color coding. We use color to encode data because it can make readers get the info fast and accurately. As far as I know, there are a lot of places where these colors are used widely, as in traffic light, stock market, etc. So I do think using these three colors is likely to be the most effective choice in lots of scenarios. On the other hand, we can still use other types of mark attribute, like label, shape, orientation etc, to help color-blind people get the info.
Well because no one has told me about any of this. I don’t even know what company or profit you are referring to. So I’m listenening to my inner voice. Trying to understand what all this is about.
Thanks for putting the video out here. Learned something new and definitely gonna inculcate the best practices to appeal to a larger audience.
the sound it's like we're all in the plane and the pilot is talking :D
