I would roll on glue to cover all surfaces of both sides and press under some weights overnight. That way both layers will act more like one piece and you will avoid t crinkling on the inside where you don't have glue and the inner layer can move. See 4:28 Although to be fair it didn't show when you stitched the clip in at the end.
actually, the fact that they are glued together flat causes this issue. even with full glue coverage, the result would be the same. a technique used to avoid this is to bond the pieces over a forming block. they are usually made out of wood and feature different angles and radii depending on the project. chosing the correct thickness of the lining is also important. obviously it isn't always possible to source the correct gauge and not everyone's got a bell skiver or band knife splitter at home. :)
I’ve watched over 100 billfold DIY’s..for whatever reason, THIS build was like watching it for the first time..gorgeous work friend!
Excelente trabajo y muchas gracias por compartir...
Wonderful as ALWAYS - thank you!
Отличные работы! Спасибо за шаблоны! Здоровья вам!👍👍👍
What kind of leather did you use??
Thank you for another great video.
Great job! what glue do you use?
Nice. Could you tell me Wooden handle Japanese Skiving/Utility Knife- brand? I bought 2 and they are sharp, but your one is cutting easily.
I’d love to know what tools you use! Knife, skiver, awl, pricking iron, etc. Thanks.
May I ask you what is the creaser and pricking iron that you use?
@HORANELeather will you put the measurements please. My printer doesn’t work
The print size is A4.

動画内で使用されている茶色い布のような物は何を使われているのでしょうか。
what is the edge trimmed with black?
My problem is I couldn’t find a 1 mm leather that is ready to go. It needs to be requested all the time…
Мне понравилось ✌️👍👍
