Truly, I have no idea how we got Red Dead Redemption in 2010 this in 2012, and GTA V after them. The open world, economy, and story was a major upgrade at the time, but the gunplay has always been tolerated.
Pretty mint shooting, man! ...sooo..Quake III Arena, w/o the cool weapons, ie dbl bbl shotgun, rocket launcher, rail gun? :) Oh & that fabulous gauntlet for melee with spinning blades on it, ahaha. the characters were cool as heck: Major, Orb, Bones, Sarge, et al. (plus tons of downloadable skins w/ez inst) it was a precursor to games like this, Halo..all the big name arena battle games.
