Facial Cupping Tutorial 10 steps:
Step 1. Facial Oil
Step 2. Cupping of the Neck
Step 3. Cupping of the Cheeks
Step 4. Cupping of Chin
Step 5. Cupping of Lips
Step 6. Cupping of Eyes
Step 7. Cupping of Eye Corners (circles)
Step 8. Cupping of Forehead
Step 9. Cupping of Wrinkles (soft suction circles)
Step 10. Closing Drainage (following the lymphatic route) then pump the water sheds.
-Remember to be Gentle
-Best time to do this before bed. 10 to 15 minutes.
-Make sure to have a clean face

I followed the entire video and let me tell you.. allergy sufferer here..I did the sinus area and I can literally feel the relief especially on my right side where my sinuses are the worse. Not to sound gross but I need to be honest..I felt mucus coming down..something I haven't felt from anything else I tried.. this truly helps relieve the sinus area. Just watched your tutorial and followed along for my first ever facial cupping session. I appreciate your expertise and explanation of how to open up the lymph nodes at the beginning and make sure everything’s draining into them at the end - this answered alot of concerns I had about cupping as I’m the kind of person who needs to know how everything works with my body’s systems. I ordered a set that comes w/the facial ones as well as a couple larger ones for the body. Can hardly wait to try them. I don't expect them to take 20 years off....but.....anything that moves the lymph sounds good to me. I will be watching this video many times to make sure I do it right. I prefer to take advise from Doc M because of her certification in lymph drainage. I also ordered a genuine Jade gua sha tool. So excited to try them !

thank you! so clarifying. So one question, I am 56 years old, i do my japanese massage with sesame and roseseed oil mix every morning, in the afternoon i do my red led masc session for 20 minutes. I am happy with my skin but still have saggy skin in my jow lines and around the eyes. Wow awesome video. I would love to try facial cupping but I am a little hesitant since I have Rosacea. My facial skin is on the thin side and I do have some broken capillaries on my cheeks. There are so many benefits to facial cupping though. I would love to try but a little nervous due to my Rosacea. Thanks for another great video 👍

This is the best video that I've seen so far for facial cupping. Thank you for posting it. I just started my research today and ready to go. I haven't started yet and feel confident that I'll do it correctly from your video. I'd seen quite a few that contradicted each other. I would really like to see videos on sinus drainage and the migraine therapy and I'm looking forward to going through this video again with the cups.
