Congrats on finishing school (again). I went back to school 2 years ago at the age of 32, with 2 kids lol. I am graduating in June! In September I am starting my bachelors of social work 😊
Reading mid books is the worst. I dnf'ed two books last week, not because they were bad but jus because i didn't care. I really need a great one to prevent a slump and i hope you get some great books too after these
The foreshadowing to your main April TBR game 👀
Congrats on getting your NP boards done!-from a few nurse. Enjoyable mini star hop, as always.

Congratulations on passing your Boards! That is amazing!🎉
SJM was definitely at her peak with Throne of Glass. I wish she would go back to that level of writing
i love the tradition of finishing the readathon with a sjm!
I know! I'm out of her books now, though lol that was my last one

I know! I feel like I usually have at least one really good book in these readathons, so it was a little disappointing.
You are correct with Shadow of the Fox it is Japanese mythology-inspired
Yeah, I did a live chatting with the author and so I learned a lot more about the inspiration for it, which was fun.
Nature of Witches sounds like a modern-day re-telling of Avatar the last Airbender, if Aang didn't have his friends? Sounds incredibly rough.
Oh yeah, I didn't put that together, but I totally see that!
This tells me I probably won’t like SJM as an author. Only book I’ve read is Throne of Glass, and that’s a 3 star for me.
I spy a 1989 cardigan 😍
also a red one too lucky!!
I also think CC3 is SJM’s weakest book she’s written. I think TOG is her best series though.
I agree, I enjoyed ToG and would definitely reread it, but not any of her other works.

that's too bad to end on a meh book
Agreed. But I kind of set myself up for it, since I knew I didn't love the second CC book.
