I’m glad you made this video because literally last night I was preparing to order the Action 5 but after several comparison reviews, I decided I’ll skip it and just get the action 4 instead. It’s enough for me, coming from the action 2 which I still love using.
If you didn't already have an Osmo 4, I would have told ya to go for the 5. But you're not going to miss anything from the 5 if you bought a 4. The 4 is a game changer, man. You're gonna love it. I'm more tired of seeing people buy the new version year-after-year and only getting marginal upgrades. They're being targeted with this "groundbreaking technology" when really it's just kind of "meh," from one model to another. They need to stop bleeding their consumer base dry and take more time between releases.
I totally agree. I rather see a new release every two or three years with much more significant improvements then tiny incremental changes annually. For drones and action cams. During the non-release years they could send out some good firmware updates to help keep the existitng products current. My $0.02
This world needs a whole lot more of this type of common sense.
Could not agree with you more regarding an upgrade every two years or so.
As long as we keep purchasing these action cameras with minor upgrades, nothing will change.

@@TheDroneGeek I agree with you on that bro! 👍🏾

I totally agree with you. Your $0.02 is accepted in this store of thought. xD
I'm perfectly happy with my Hero 7 Black. I've not seen a good reason to upgrade from it.
