OMG, this is the first time I've ever seen Flo from the Progressive commercials (coincidentally, I paid my Progressive bill today) outside of those commercials! And also the first time I've ever heard her real name before.
When I was working at Walt Disney World a couple of years ago, I once had a guest tell me that I looked like Tom Hanks. I've always assumed that's a compliment, even though I am a lot younger than he is.
Toilet paper roll on the counter could mean laziness, but it could also mean they own a pet that keeps unrolling the whole roll when it's on the holder.
They say that if you can make Taylor laugh you get to use the Fast Pass lane at the pearly gates After midnight We're gonna let it all hang out After midnight We're gonna chug-a-lug and shout
I honestly wish this show was on cable or streaming exclusive because id love to see some of these comedians be able to let loose more, or at least have less edited out.
Taylor, I always look forward to your business suit game. This one is my favorite so far! Takes me back to my wedding colors in 2008, and my mermaid era that followed my divorce 😅 if you ever need somewhere to send hand-me-downs, HMU 😂
I love Jim Rash. Him and Nat are awesome. Don’t know much about Stephanie, sorry I also loved Big Business growing up (They could be Lily Tomlin, but they’d still have to get Nat and someone to be Bette Middler)
I miss the buzzers. I KNOW it's basically the same because everyone has their answers ready to go and the only difference is Taylor calling on them specifically but it just makes the segments FEEL different. #bringBackBuzzersBetter
I dig the monologue but I miss the contestants getting to introduce themselves. Also didn't this used to be a game show where people buzzed in with answers instead of being called on? Are the CBS execs caving to the "why isn't this a talk show?" crowd? Hey CBS, many of us that have been devoted viewers since day 1 were big fans of @midnight and are watching precisely because it isn't a talk show.
Every other show has a monologue. Taylor doing one takes away from the "game" (we all know it's a fake game show), but the game is what I enjoy about the show and what makes it different from everything else.
Collin Hanks seems to be a pretty normal guy who did some acting in at least one funny show I watched. I have no info on Truman Hanks, which means he can't be as nutjob as Chet.
Did people really hate the original intro to the show that much? I really miss it. I loved that it was short, to-the-point, and allowed for Taylor and the guests to improve their introductions into the show. The monolouges feel like execs feeling like they need to control the show.
“with the labor or people I’ve never met I can accomplish anything on my own” 😂 nailed it
we love this monologue opener, ups the energy and sets the tone!!
I feel like 2-3 minutes is the right length for it, too!
Agreed
It's similar to how Jimmy Carr intros his panel shows. I think it helps.
YES!!! KEEP THE MINI MONOLOGUE!!!
Now it's worth waiting for the videos to come out on YT. Keep the monologue!
Is the monologue not on the TV version?
@@naivenostalgia what's a "TV"? 😎
Stephanie’s anger at not getting as many points as the others is palpable and justified haha
Yesss! It is!!
Yeah behind from the beginning no matter what hmmm wut?
Flo and the dean is the combination I never knew I needed
And they have such great chemistry, right?
Plus Elfo!
I have only one request for the producers: bring back "This is After Midnight, the only late-night comedy show that ..."
"J Crew Vin Diesel" - ouch, he'll stay indoors until he has a new look, when he hears that!
Mentally well enough to stay off my phone. . . On my phone at 5 am.
I work overnights and I still feel like this ... at 5:30am or so
its a special treat when i know about all 3 contestants. 😌
Entertaining monologs, fun crowd work, great guests with a longer talk show portion = even better show. Keep it up! And that suit color is 🔥 on Taylor
Love the new intro.. a lil bit of stand up before the fake game show... love u Taylor!!!
The monologue is awesome! I think it’s brings you into the show more
OMG, this is the first time I've ever seen Flo from the Progressive commercials (coincidentally, I paid my Progressive bill today) outside of those commercials! And also the first time I've ever heard her real name before.
It’s nice to get to know Stephanie a little bit outside her advertising work, she’s really cool.
I think she was a Groundling before the Progressive gig.
Her standup is decent
It's Flo and the Dean!!!! This brings me joy!
My brain is having trouble with the concept that Flo is not a real person and this real person is not Flo.
Woulda been great cross promotional synergy if they had on Jake from state farm and the Doug-limu emu guy lololol
@@user-zy5dp8fl8n Or Mister Clean!
@user-zy5dp8fl8n I feel like if that happened, it would result in a fight to the death…
@@GlowingTrashPanda99 - Not when the Gekko shows up... the fight would be over...
Yes, yes and yes. Love the new monologue intros. This show is getting better and better
Love the new format, it's so much fun! The monologue is excellent❣
Its so much better with the monologues Taylor should have done them from the start
Maybe it will slowly turn into the late night talk show we were promised
@@billyghostal First, you were never promised that - ever. Second, Taylor has stated repeatedly that she doesn't want to host a talk show.
I do like this monologue, I felt the previous one went WAY too long. Just a quick few jokes on one topic is perfect IMO.
Should have been given them. And hope she gets more creative power to go with how she is knocking this outt of the park.
This show has really exceeded my expectations! You’ve nabbed some amazing guests, and the jokes always crack me up 😂
I love the idea that they started this as a fake game show and slowly morphed it into a regular talk show.
When I was working at Walt Disney World a couple of years ago, I once had a guest tell me that I looked like Tom Hanks. I've always assumed that's a compliment, even though I am a lot younger than he is.
Jim Rash with a mustache... I feel more nostalgia for Dean Pelton from Community than I do Woody from Toy Story.
Big Dean energy here too lolol
I’m loving these monologue openings!!
Stephanie’s rotisserie chicken line was excellent
The key to the diet is to pick the lemon pepper rotisserie chicken. That way it also counts as a serving of fruit!
You could just add ketchup. Tomato is a fruit.
I like the opening monologues. More of this, you guys.
nat saying he matched with sloth from goonies...I nearly spit my drink out on that one.
Toilet paper roll on the counter could mean laziness, but it could also mean they own a pet that keeps unrolling the whole roll when it's on the holder.
Y'all spoiled us with the longer monologue yesterday and today's feels too short.
You can't expect it to be great every time.
@@AdrianColleythey weren't say it wasn't great. Just short
THIS PANEL IS ADORBZ
They say that if you can make Taylor laugh you get to use the Fast Pass lane at the pearly gates

We're gonna let it all hang out
After midnight
We're gonna chug-a-lug and shout
Big Business! Lol, love that movie
Such a good joke
Mom is charging me because I am laughing hysterically. No comment look away. Luckily the ditch wasn't filled with water.
Ooh, a monologue from Taylor! Nice!
Wow Jim Rash really is the Dean
Two Oscar winners on the stage!
I was going to say the same thing! 👍
loving these monologues yall
Great monologue! Kudus to all involved in the writing.
oh yay! I hope they keep the Taylor opening segment
I honestly wish this show was on cable or streaming exclusive because id love to see some of these comedians be able to let loose more, or at least have less edited out.
I love that Jim Rash is the only panelist who has also been a joke in the game (To the Hashtag Wars of “#AllergyCelebs”)
Taylor, I always look forward to your business suit game. This one is my favorite so far! Takes me back to my wedding colors in 2008, and my mermaid era that followed my divorce 😅 if you ever need somewhere to send hand-me-downs, HMU 😂
Love the opening tight 2
steve erkel wants his pants back? XD, damn costume room again
“ _right in the millennial_ “
The intros make it seem like a real game show. 😊
I love these new opening segments. I hope they keep it
Amazing opening !!!
I love Jim Rash. Him and Nat are awesome. Don’t know much about Stephanie, sorry
I also loved Big Business growing up (They could be Lily Tomlin, but they’d still have to get Nat and someone to be Bette Middler)
👏🏼Stephanie!!
❤Jim Rash
I KNEW SHE LOOKED FAMILIAR IN THE OTHER VIDEOS!!! FLO!? And I was just ecstatic about Jim Rash. Loved him in Friends. #sixseasonsandamovie
Stephanie looks so much like Whitney Cummings here. Almost forgot she was Flo.
Taylor was the CORRECT recast of the host
colleen landry is the first thing i've seen from tiktok that I like
Once again the booking department proves they know how to put a panel together like nobody else
"How about you Stephanie?" ... ... HER NAME IS FLO!!
I miss the buzzers. I KNOW it's basically the same because everyone has their answers ready to go and the only difference is Taylor calling on them specifically but it just makes the segments FEEL different. #bringBackBuzzersBetter
Loving the tightened-up monologue! Last night’s dragged a little.
Needs to tighten up more
it is not easy to be the kid of a famous person, most of them are messed up, he has my sympathy
NAMSDI! 😂
Oof, was really feeling that NAMSDI
😆😳 😆😳😆Is it blinking? Does it look like they blinking??
Groundlings reunion!
The proverbial Ditch! 😮😮😮 😅😅😅

Pulling the string on a woody toy gives chet his uncles voice. . . Tom Hanks brother does all the voice acting for toys.
Mom looks amazing in this color 🩵
The panicky passenger from the final episode of Friends, Jim Rash
That is what Elfo looks like
a joke so good taylor kept it for herself
*JESUS WEPT*
WHERE?!
Wow, points were hard to come by in Season 1. That's grade inflation, yall!
Chet Hanks looks like Les Grossman!
Tom Hanks Americas Dad for real 😂
NEW INTRO FTW
5 cans of olives
Wait... There's a monologue now?
And it wasn't just a one-off! I was a little afraid it would vanish after one appearance until revived by popular request, like the tiny couch.
WOAH! YOU GOT FLO?!?
That a bit of a personal... Oh wait. Yes.
Every other show has a monologue. Taylor doing one takes away from the "game" (we all know it's a fake game show), but the game is what I enjoy about the show and what makes it different from everything else.
I didn't know Chet existed until this video
...Flo from Progressive?
Namsdi is ridiculous 😂
Rick Glassman would have nailed this segment, aka RGWHNTS
Oh wow I thought that was Whitney Cummings at first. Stephanie is just as funny though.
Jokes on you, I'm watching this on my phone...
These scores look like the wage gap
They ARE talking it out. That’s the problem.
This is the first time I have ever seen Flo out of character, and I'm not sure how I feel about it.
Point of fact it’s actually Tom’s brother Jim that does all the voiceovers for the Woody cartoons and toys.
Her name isn't flo? 😮
Tom hanks will always be a castaway to me. Wilson!
Lol i actually watched to learn what this rap beef what about. I learned that i still don't care 😐
Tom hanks may be America’s dad, but Bruce Willis is Chet’s.
Collin Hanks seems to be a pretty normal guy who did some acting in at least one funny show I watched. I have no info on Truman Hanks, which means he can't be as nutjob as Chet.
taylor's podium needs to be dusted
