in today's video, i did an unboxing of REDMAGIC 8s pro, a gaming phone. in the video i tested its genshin impact graphics and gameplay. i also made a genshin on switch inspired setup with this phone using the gamesir android controller (this was not sponsored) and i was really happy with how the gameplay turned out since normally, controller support is not available for android devices. lastly, i did a quick tour of my fontaine themed layout for the phone ~

i literally have a razer kishi that i would use everyday on my phone if genshin FINALLY decided to add controller support. Seriously stupid of them, they already have it for pc, playstation and ios SO WHY NOT ANDROID DAMMIT

On PC you can unlock the fps with a third-party tool and in android there are some alternatives to map gamepads but it is still not fair that after almost 3 years and with all the money they generate they do not want to give good support to the players

its not a redmagic only app! it’s available on all androids^^

After using the phone for a few months, do you have any pros and cons of it?
Pros: perfect phone for heavy gaming and for anything u can imagine
cons: A bit bulky for my preference so if you are planning to use it for a long gaming session it can get a bit tiring
other than that i don't have any complain .. it perform best as it should for that price tag.

you can map your game controller with genshin controls in the settings of the game ^^

hi ! im sorry for the late reply 😭🥹 but for a short explanation, the phone has a built in system where you can map triggers on the phone’s screen ^^ (official controller support is still not available in this phone bc its android so this was a workaround ^^)

yes! its never late to start playing genshin! ^^ and nooo, its actually okay to not spend, i know a lot of players who enjoy the game while also being f2p ^^ my only tip is to not get overwhelmed with the tutorials, it'll seem hard at first but later on you'll understand the controls of the game , have fun playing !
