    I bought 4 pieces (ufo shape design) horn meant for mercedes E200 built by bosch. Installed it on my vespa px200 back in the 90s. The most badass sound ever, every driver and rider got a rude shocked whenever they cut into my lane without signalling. 😁

    Skip to 4:50 This guy takes way too long to demonstrate his horn. Most men would know how to get to the point but this guy just likes to hear himself talk.

    Worth the money, i had a genuine nautilus one on my 12v vehicle. Neat compact and well loud. Just fit a relay and it will last for ever

    lol, mate, I have wired up my Honda VTR 1000 to operate a small 12v motor with a custom 3d printed armature to ACTIVATE AN AEROSOL AIR HORN and I literally PISS MY SELF LAUGHING when I inform others of MY PRESENCE!! To date, I have used my AIR HORN creation to warn a handful of CRETINS and the result was very satisfying.:) it has ranged from cars veering AWAY from me and mounting the pavement/leaving the highway to people swearing and nearly defecating themselves.
    Ride LOUD and PROUD my son!!

    Thanks for posting this video I’ve just brought one of these horns but no instructions on fitting it hopefully I can follow what you have put in the video to fit mine 😊

      Hope so buddy. Yeah I was on the same boat and had to do a bit of trial and error before I installed it to make sure it would work. There might be a better way to do it, but my way worked fine. But you could still use the horn with the ignition off.

    I think that's a good idea but for me I tend to Rev Bomb in the first instance and that seems to get a result.

      @outie555  7 років тому

      +Bomber true.. My gv650 exhaust is stock so the horn gets used if the revv bomb won't work

    A great way to tell how loud something is in a video is listen to how long the sound travels in the distance before you cannot hear it

    I would love a new one - my cbr has the worst little "beep beep" sound it's almost embarrassing to use. Lol police car behind you....stalking you 😉. That is a big horn indeed 😃.

    • @outie555
      @outie555  7 років тому +2

      +Canadian MotoGal highly recommend one. The stock one on this bike would sound the same as yours. What's worse is once your going faster than 80km cars can't hear that tiny horn over the road and wind noise.

    • @CanadianMotoGal
      @CanadianMotoGal 7 років тому

      outie555 that is so true - all the more reason - I will check into it for sure either for this ride or if I upgrade, then for my next as I'm sure the horn won't be any better...so odd how the stick ones are so pathetic!

  • @subhan1641

    why are the pipes facing down? its effective when facing forward right?

    • @outie555
      @outie555  5 років тому

      They face out. It's very loud either way though so it would still be pretty effective either way

    Hi, I'm from Brazil and also have a Hyosung GV250, it is easy for you to find parts for it in Australia?

    • @outie555
      @outie555  6 років тому

      Most parts can be sourced online, there are a couple of warehouses around here so not too bad to get parts. But as Hyosung becomes more and more unpopular it's very hard to get parts or even find a dealer, so online or a wreckers are the only option for most things.
