I hope scientists and doctors will create a medicine to end strokes permanently where the stroke will be a thing of the past leading to the day where Tim Curry's stroke will finally end to be back on his feet again for the first time in years and he'll back in acting in live action movies again. #HopeForTimCurry
Relax@putnam 1953. I'm only hoping Tim will still be alive in time for the Stroke Medicine which will permanently end strokes and he'll be back on his for the first time in years. You'll see. So let's not argue.
I get that you mean well, but this is just not how strokes work unfortunately. His stroke ended long ago- but the brain damage it can cause is permanent. Strokes typically cause a lack of oxygen to the brain. Without oxygen, the brain cells die. There is nothing that can be done to replace them, unfortunately. Once the damage is done, it is irreversible. I’m just happy that we still get to hear that iconic voice of his. I wish something more could be done regarding strokes, but even with preventative lifestyle habits, sometimes they just happen. Even the healthiest people can suffer from illness and injury. I am glad to be alive in the same lifetime as this man- I can definitely say that with confidence. He is a true talent. *edit- just to clarify- not all strokes result in such severe/permanent damage. But you can’t know without medical intervention/imaging. There are different kinds of strokes, some more severe than others, and some can be treated. Which is why it is SO IMPORTANT to get to a hospital IMMEDIATELY if someone is experiencing stroke symptoms, because time is CRITICAL. The more seconds that pass during a stroke, the more brain cells can die of oxygen starvation. When in doubt, call emergency services or go to an emergency room. Indeed! Recognition for Mr. Curry's outstanding and inspirational work in film, theater, and music is long overdue. Therefore April 19th should be recognized by his fans as International Tim Curry Day; to "coin" an old cliche "If you want to get something done right, do it yourself".😁
I adore his amazing voice
I swear, Tim Curry's performance is SMASHING!
He'd be so much fun to hang out with! He's such a sweet pea and a goofball! 😁🌹
With that sense of humour of his, he's a good comedian.

Don’t be silly, he is above Knighthood
He’s is above royalty. The royal family should be the ones bowing down before Tim Curry, not the other way around
If you think about knighted the name christopher lee comes in mind.
Him and Ozzy both!
This is v fun, thank you so much for posting ❤️
