I’d love to see him as a surprise entrant in the next Rumble. The pop for his original theme (if they could get it) would be INSANE.
Shame he hates that theme though, apparently. 😂
That’s literally my workout theme bro 💪🏽
Lol I don't think he hated it, he would have just preferred something else. More hip hop inclined
Maven needs to drop kick Roman out of the next Rumble
For real 👍
Maven has barely changed except beefing up a bit.
I know! He's aged really well! Or it gives a sense of how young he was back in the day!
Still as charismatic as all get out too! He's practically cutting a promo throughout this entire interview!
Will never forget that moment with Taker, just shows how Taker knows the business inside and out
I met maven in NYC about 8 or 9 years ago. he was outside of a bar bouncing. Talked to him for a few minutes and got a picture with him. He is a super cool down to earth dude.
He seems like such a likeable guy! I'd definitely love to see him in another Royal Rumble. Lol. Good for you Maven.
The WWE fans love Maven, aka Billy Zanes Younger Brother! 🤣
Which one is Simon and which one is Maven? lol
I was always a big Maven fan, his theme song was the perfect 2000s Rock theme
Maven kinda looks like he could be Teal'cs brother in a stargate reboot
They ALMOST look like long lost twins....lol
Glad to hear he’s doing so well, I remember hearing awhile back probably on a whatculture video(kinda toasted so can’t remember atm,) that he was working as a bouncer for a club and didn’t like hearing about his in ring days
20+ years later and Maven STILL has the most beautiful dropkick in wrestling history
Maven was a ridiculously underrated performer. Btw, beat the Miz
Maven would have fit in well in the early 90s and into the New Generation period. An energetic, smiling babyface with talent. But it was post Attitude Era already and nobody wanted that. They wanted the next Stone Cold or The Rock. It’s a shame, but if you can’t adapt your character to modern times, you’re hooped.
Bro all he needed was a gimmick and a storyline he didn’t even win any gold smh wasted opportunity
What's cool is that Mr McMahon mentioned him at the hall of Fame for undertaker!!!
This is a brilliant interview. Always a fan of maven. His theme was awesome too.
I'd love to see Simon vs Maven headlining somewhere.
If Maven is able to get in the rumble, I'd wager that he'd try to get a spot for Simon.. imagine the pop that Simon would get if he was a surprise entrant
Love you, Maven. He still looks great , so humble, & so positive.
Maven the new lonley Virgil
Underrated Legend, love me some Maven.
He should've become a megastar the moment he eliminated the legendary undertaker
Simon Miller and Maven should be a Tag Team.
Word life. This is basic thuganomics
You interviewed this guy before Matt Cardona ?
To be fair Matt Cardona does a podcast every week and is everywhere in wrestling and has a big social media presence. Maven isn't someone who is around everyday.
Man Maven is such a nice guy.
So much baldness I'm blind 🤣
If you pay Maven enough……..lol
Both so beautiful and so bald.
Dude I loved Maven
I see that Rapid Delivery item in the background. I remember Rapid Delivery Rory Fox from some sort of MTV Tru Life show about him trying to become a wrestler. He told a promoter about his paper boy gimmick, and his name was Rapid Fire Rory Fox. (The RF repeat was his emphasis.) The promoter changed his name to Rapid Delivery Rory Fox, which I never understood, because it’s way more cumbersome.
Maven is the best! He seems like a good dude.
He looks in absolutely fantastic shape. I still cannot get over how much of a gentlemen he is and how well spoken he is! I always loved Maven, I hope he makes a 2023 Rumble appearance that would be epic! Never say never...
It's insane that WWE didn't do more with him. It's amazing to think back on the number of mistakes WWF/E has made over the years.
I remember that guy from one thing specifically and that was Taker annihilating him with a steel chair shortly after I had discovered wrestling.
Love this.
Who's who?
LOVE MAVEN
Twins 😂
Man my fellow Charlottesville native a great dude.
Maven was always one of my favorites. It's good to see him doing good.
I met maven after a house show in 05. Nice guy
Poor guy was teamed with Al Snow 🤣
seems like a proper gentleman. - great interview Simon *UP!!*
He's so wholesome, jesus
Maven was so much better than taker and hhh and ric flair combined
