We are Uncle Sam and we have to stand for the brave who risk their very lives and souls because the atrocities will forever live inside and that allows you to insult and denigrate and spit on the very ones who gave you all those toys and pretty things around you. Peace and freedom has always come at a cost. The Sweat, Tears, Blood, and Bodies of the men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice in which secures us this freedom and protects our god given rights as human beings, and yet the majority choose to either ignore, remain ignorant to, or down right detest theses sacrifices. As messed up as it is that's the world we live in. All the more reason to help the people who are helping these men and women, and spread the messages and stories in which they have to offer. I personally pray that every soul who sacrificed themselves to up hold our constitution and protect our freedom, find peace in their time beyond our universe.
I come from a family with many veterans. Grandfather - US navy fought in WWII, farther 32 years US Air force, sister 20 years US Air Force, uncle 27 years US navy, uncle 17 years US seebees. We were stationed all over the US and overseas. I was to young to serve but I remember the Vietnam war. At the end of the 6:00 o'clock news they would run a list of the K.I.A. and M.I.A. I remember watching the news report of Kent State. I remember Jane Fonda getting a note passed to her by a American prisoner and she took it to the enemy. The soldiers returning home was treated horribly. This guy that lived un the neighborhood fought in nam and had a Vietnamese flag that he cut off a north Vietnamese soldier he killed in hand to hand combat. He said he had to register the flag like a gun before They would let him keep it. The more things change the more they stay the same.
I'm the mother of a soldier. My son came back from Afghanistan a person I didn't know. Everything has been sacrificed for our freedom. 22 a day needs to stop.
Why are we so unwilling to change a broken system? I'm a disabled veteran and I'm homeless, yet I can come up with ideas for making life better for everyone, worldwide.
I'm here to say the name of my friend, Tim Neild. He succumbed to his injuries suffered many years ago. He died, and didn't realize until many years later until the day came that God told Tim to come to Him. No one ever knew. He literally always smiled and connected with everyone he ever met. He loved his family, his community, his country, and God Himself. For some reason, one day something happend and it wound up being too much. I miss my friend. Time Neild. Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord May your perpetual light shine upon him. For his soul and the souls of all the faithfully departed May they rest in peace. For Thine is the Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory. Forever and ever! O My God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee, And I detest all my sins because of Thy just punishment. But most of all because they offend Thee, my God, Who art all-good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Thy grace, To sin no more, and to avoid the near occasion of sin. Amen Please God please don't punish Timothy. He never did anything he didn't believe was right.
there is a saying as military and veterans go by and that saying is this and it's something that we take to heart and stand by I once took a solemn oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic be advised that no one has ever relieved me of my duties under that oath
I am a Christian, you raised a point. The Bible says thou shalt not kill. Where does that leave our military, they are made to go against this commandment. Hmm never thought about it. Thank you.
That answer is simple, the difference is in the motives and reasons for the act. Murder is is wrong from a Biblical standpoint when it’s done with malicious intent to cause arm another for no apparent reason. But killing in the line of self defense to protect one’s own country or to save the lives of other isn’t wrong from God’s perspective. That’s why in the Old Testament you will read numerous stories about these types of killings, and many of them were carried out by God’s people.
Love you brother, as well as others posting things for us all to find,, as it is said,, go forth,,and find all the little bits and pieces,, fill the baskets,, and share with one another🙏👍 America,, if we the people work together we can build a land worth being proud of🤘🤘🇺🇸

I both love and hate this video. I love it for the message and hate that it makes me cry. I've lost too many brothers to suicide, I've been there myself. I've gotten better but I'll never be good. Thank for your reaction.
Letting veterans become disregarded or disrespected in my opinion is one of the most disturbing things this nation has allowed to become acceptable in any manner. Anyone who treats any of our service men/women with anything other than utter respect is disgusting. We would be nothing without those who are willing to sacrifice for us to sit around in our comfortable lives saying and doing whatever we like. Our veterans should never be homeless they should never need anything they paid their dues to society if they have PTSD we as a community should help get them the proper care they need. I understand they could be dangerous and it's easier to say than do but we owe them to try it's the least we can do.
One thing to note about this video, it was only veterans helping veterans throughout the whole thing. The Civi's turned away and were disgusted. So many times a veteran can only count on another veteran.
Don't feel guilty about ignorance for this situation. They actively try to cover it up and are very good at what they do, and have decades of experience. Thank you for showcasing this video and your comments about preparing to do more to help. Some PEOPLE (yes, they're still people) really need the help.
My mom had someone in her work with ptsd, it was an old patient from ww2 era, and my mom told me that she was scared to death every time the door opened... Becuse she thought the "germans" found her to take her away..
"Now I don't want to die for you, but if dying's asked of me... I'll bear that cross with honor because freedom don't come free" -Toby Keith "American Soldier"
Thing is, there's a very large and growing number of people in this country that do _not_ cherish the freedoms they have. They take them for granted, and couldn't care less as to the cost in bIood it took for them to enjoy their apathy, entitlement and ignorance. Our country has a severe malignancy within it, and it's metastasizing. If we're not careful, it may cost us everything.
The scene at the very end was deliberate, it shows how a lot of vets succeed while other vets seem to fall through the cracks in the civilian world. You are trained to kill another human being and then spend 1-2 years on deployment constantly looking behind your back and watching your buddies' six, then you are expected to just turn off everything and be normal after the experience of combat.
I believe the suicide rate is closer to one every hour now 😢 Another great song is I was only 19. A song by an Australian band called Redgum, they donated all royalties from that song to the VVAA Vietnam Veterans Association of Australia!
@look and live “Gone away” by FFDP is one I think you might appreciate. I think everyone can relate to the meaning behind the song, and it just...gets me feeling all the feelings lol
We can help them by starting to hold the government accountable for their conditions and by not starting useless wars. They are broken because of politics and they are truly abused just like the police officers that see the bad side of humanity every day.
below is my copy/pasted comment from a different reaction to this song that a lot of people seemed to appreciate: "There are 2 parts to this song that I feel like a lot of people miss of their first listen. First, is the God/Devil gender thing. Listening to.... I hear God as the spouse you come home to. They don't recognize you because war has changed you so much. Devil is himself. He feels evil and like he is undeserving of of help or compassion. Second, is heaven and hell. Wrong side of heaven... heaven is home. He isn't at home. He left "heaven" to defend it, so he doesn't get to experience it. Righteous side of hell.... hell is war. He's gone to war for what he sees as a righteous cause. He is defending his heaven. To keep it pure innocent and untainted."
You should watch the movie "thank you for your service" great post war movie. My dad a iragi war veteran said its the closest way to show and explain how it is
Please watch and react to some of his videos Kyle Carpenter. That man right there is my hero and inspiration truly 100% mean that I love that guy he is what we should all strive to be This would be a great start.
I feel like the picture of the song is bigger than your interpretation, these men, my husband included, choose to kill and become destined for “hell” and destined to not enter “heaven” to protect the rest of us. Yes ptsd, homelessness, suicide and a multitude of other earth side conditions, but this song is speaking about the non earthly side, in my opinion. “Beware that, when fighting monsters, you yourself do not become a monster.” Friedrich Nietzsche
Pontious Pilot also got the message of Jesus, by his King aknowledement if Jesus, even if many of his own, refused him. Let us not refuse our own Veterans, nor withdraw the love of Christ, as King of our hearts, the Demons in our heads becomes less powerful. The pain will always be there, but we are not alone, and we are loved, unconditionally by God.

I shipped out at 18 years old as a combat medic in 1998, I retired 2019. Love this video and thank you for you words and this reaction brother. Btw a few of my very close friends I served with are from Haiti and my sister served there for a while too, much love!
This song makes me cry every time I hear it. I'm not a vet but I feel their pain, this country has let down those who fought for us. I am so ashamed of the way they are not taken care of !
I'm a Filipino a criminology grad..I love the people in the army and the police...I respect them..and everytime I watch this it always make me cry😭😭😭
Its good to see someone react by saying how can i help these guys. Most people watch with sympathy but don't take any action
Spot on. Thanks for preaching on this topic and spreading the word on the many hardships our military face here in the US. We have failed them in entirety.
Disturbed - Hold on to the memories Form me to you, I have brain damage caused by a stroke, I lost many memories of mine. I almost lost my mind, mercy and grace I still walk on to stand.
Thank for your comments brother. I am a United States Marine Corps combat veteran and I appreciate your video.
Thank You Me Pastor,
Your Reaction to this Message
Is By Far the Best I’ve Ever Seen,You Saying you could Never Hate on America Because she Gave You the option to make your own life and the life for your family, you still had to do the work but you were able to do anything you wanted, I Hate When People Kneel during the “ National anthem“ People Have Died To Give Them that right!!
As They Make Millions and Millions of dollars
😭 I cry so long and hard at each of these videos and I know tears are not enough to help the brave that sacrificed so much and still do. We are Uncle Sam and we have to stand for the brave who risk their very lives and souls because the atrocities will forever live inside and that allows you to insult and denigrate and spit on the very ones who gave you all those toys and pretty things around you. God help us all.🙏🏾
Remember when pride was a sin, now it's celebrated for a entire month.
Thank you for watching this video, this message needs to be heard by everyone. To all my warrior brothers and sisters out there Semper Fi. NEVER FORGOTTEN USMC
Have done 2 tour's In Afghanistan . The battle for our brothers and sisters coming home and not taken care of is disappointing. My family and wife helped me everyday. This song his great but it makes you think to .
Guilty is the best word to describe the feeling after watching this video
I cry every time I hear this 😭 this should not be an issue in America 😭🙏
Jan you have to be stalking me lol JK, I always run into you on other videos, much love.
You are a good man and stand up and bleave in yourself and God will bless you with happiness ever after. Love and bless you brother
I was homeless and meet a lot of veterans that were homeless
I still can't watch this video without getting choked up.
It’s powerful
I'm the mother of a soldier. My son came back from Afghanistan a person I didn't know. Everything has been sacrificed for our freedom. 22 a day needs to stop.
I am impressed by your reaction as it sincerely touched you
This video sends chills through me. Glad you covered this.
Time Neild.
Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord
May your perpetual light shine upon him.
For his soul and the souls of all the faithfully departed
May they rest in peace.
For Thine is the Kingdom, the Power, and the Glory.
Forever and ever!
O My God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee,
And I detest all my sins because of Thy just punishment.
But most of all because they offend Thee, my God,
Who art all-good and deserving of all my love.
I firmly resolve, with the help of Thy grace,
To sin no more, and to avoid the near occasion of sin.
Amen
Please God please don't punish Timothy. He never did anything he didn't believe was right.
Thanks 🙏🏾 for sharing this
Tom MacDonald and the HOG just raised 77 thousand dollars for vets
So sad 😞 bless you sir 🙏
I still see all their faces, and even tho I'm with my loved ones, I feel so alone.
there is a saying as military and veterans go by and that saying is this and it's something that we take to heart and stand by I once took a solemn oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic be advised that no one has ever relieved me of my duties under that oath
@@Pr.JamesD Simple indeed. Thank you for understanding and explaining that. Most Christians don’t even get it.
Love you brother, as well as others posting things for us all to find,, as it is said,, go forth,,and find all the little bits and pieces,, fill the baskets,, and share with one another🙏👍 America,, if we the people work together we can build a land worth being proud of🤘🤘🇺🇸
@darthVader many of their songs hit me so hard.. Jekyll and Hyde, ain’t my last dance, gone away, wash it all away, battle born...i could go on but those r prob the most personal for me..
We have other soldiers on on own land fighting for their own freedom human trafficking victims. Lord be with all our solders
One thing to note about this video, it was only veterans helping veterans throughout the whole thing. The Civi's turned away and were disgusted. So many times a veteran can only count on another veteran.
YES, I did notice that.
Don't feel guilty about ignorance for this situation. They actively try to cover it up and are very good at what they do, and have decades of experience. Thank you for showcasing this video and your comments about preparing to do more to help. Some PEOPLE (yes, they're still people) really need the help.
great reaction, so glad you did this. Another one is "Coming Down"
My mom had someone in her work with ptsd, it was an old patient from ww2 era, and my mom told me that she was scared to death every time the door opened...
Becuse she thought the "germans" found her to take her away..
"Now I don't want to die for you, but if dying's asked of me... I'll bear that cross with honor because freedom don't come free" -Toby Keith "American Soldier"
I often wondered how God feels about a soldier who has to kill in battle and the politicians who put them in the situation to do so.
Hi Pastor never heard this one.
Youre in for a treat
Hold the Flag for them! they held it for you!
8:29
I'd always lip-read that part as the black veteran saying, "It's Jacoby" and then saying, "You Daved My Life, Brother"
I got denied by the VA last week cuz my injuries weren’t “service related”
Kidding
I pray for you and your family! Great reaction!
You are trained to kill another human being and then spend 1-2 years on deployment constantly looking behind your back and watching your buddies' six, then you are expected to just turn off everything and be normal after the experience of combat.
land of the free, *because* of the brave.
Thank you for doing this video thank you for your words thank you for your kindness 💜 it so appreciated.
I love these guys. I'm a rock fan though. They are awesome.
Pick just one up if we all do that we have a foundation for out hurt
All you need to do, is be you🙏👍
I believe the suicide rate is closer to one every hour now 😢
Another great song is I was only 19. A song by an Australian band called Redgum, they donated all royalties from that song to the VVAA Vietnam Veterans Association of Australia!
Every time I see this video it just brakes me 😢
@look and live
“Gone away” by FFDP is one I think you might appreciate.
One thing most reactors miss is that the only ones giving help are fellow veterans 😔
True, now I do remember seeing that. Thanks
thats because service members new and old share a bond which can never be broken. we stand together or we all fall. no man left behind
@@dagnard5707 Amen 🙏 🙌
below is my copy/pasted comment from a different reaction to this song that a lot of people seemed to appreciate:
"There are 2 parts to this song that I feel like a lot of people miss of their first listen.
Disturbed - reason to fight
if you get a chance you should listen to joe bachman a soldiers memoir (ptsd song)
This group got me through many bad years in military service
You should watch the movie "thank you for your service" great post war movie. My dad a iragi war veteran said its the closest way to show and explain how it is
The number is closer to 600,000 homeless veterans. This video was made 7 years ago.
Please watch and react to some of his videos Kyle Carpenter. That man right there is my hero and inspiration truly 100% mean that I love that guy he is what we should all strive to be
This would be a great start.
It is no coincidence that the first Gentile to recognize and understand Christ's authority in the Bible was a Roman Centurion.
So true, according to Jesus the man had great faith.
Their are more homeless and jobless since Covid, most are not getting treatment, I refuse to go for 25 years of my wife pleading for me to go
❤🙏❤
something you should know is since this video was made seven years ago, the suicide rate estimate has risen to 22 every 24 hours
Five Finger Death Punch are actually better at cover songs than their original songs! I love FFDP but I love their covers more than their original titles.
Not true for all, but even one is one too many.
Great reaction, sir. Thank you for doing it.
Remember these stats are from many years, the #s are so much higher #22aday
