The blood I want to mention is the blood of Jesus..it saves us from sin and cleans us spiritually and brings us to life spiritually. All we have to do is believe that Jesus is the Son of God, and that He died on the cross for us and then rose from the dead. Then, when we speak that and accept Him into our lives, our spirits are reborn and we become right with God and will go to heaven. You can pray something like "Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God, that You died on the cross for me, and rose from the dead. Change my heart and help me to live for You".
