I did lateral raises yesterday for the first time ever and I just saw this video today for the first time and lemme tell you. I did everything wrong and feel all of what he showed you'd feel in pain for doing them wrong. Maybe I'll revisit in a few days after my shoulder don't feel soo crazy lol

Nothing wrong with straight arms if you are performing partials. Partials are actually very effect for side delt because you can go heavier since you’re not using full range motion. I incorporate partials some time ago and have noticed a difference in size.
