I loved the review and would like to say that staying away from pens that are not available where you live or are available at a lot more cost due to shipping costs is a good idea.
Amanda, which brush pens are best for beginners on the cheaper side? I started with camlins and those frayed within six months. And what paper is the best for brush pens?
I was literally FRIGHTENED to learn the cost of DOMS brush pens in your place..lol. In India they cost about ₹180, that is about 2.47 US dollars. They are perhaps the cheapest brush pens available in India.

Hi Amanda!! I would LOVE to hear your thoughts on the ohuhu alcohol brush markers in comparison to the Tombow ABT Pro, as a lefty, I found the alcohol ink and nib to be quite surprising, given the price.

I got this at 150 Rs 1.99 US dollars which is very cheap and this is primarily for watercolor only not at all for lettering or colouring solid images as it spreads and mixes with the other colour
Hello! Manuja here from India. I have this set and I agree about the upstrokes. I had a very difficult time. But then I found some drills on Kellycreates to improve upstrokes. Since then I have been able to coax beautiful thin upstrokes with these pens.

They aren't actually as expensive they are around the cost of the camlin ones but because you live so far and they aren't as widely available as the camlin they cost more
