Totally enjoyed the switch between Rock n Roll, and at times, Protoman too! Super touching sentiment at the end too. Mad respect for ya!
I can't believe it's an 8-bit game at 48kb! 😵 For me, so far the best 8-bit megaman game ever made! Sprites, grafics, LV desighn, OST, I'm delighted, congratulations!
I really like the little scenes that happen during the intro stages. Especially the moments where you see the Robot Masters getting abducted right in front of you, which gives the feeling that if you'd just been a little faster you could have have saved them, even though you know those scenes actually happen the same way every time no matter what you do.
I would love a game like this for an official game. But one change to the idea: make it where its Roll and Protoman. As making Rock incapacitated would bd an interesting twist on the Formula. Also isnt Dune Woman's weapon just Model H's vertical twister attack from Megaman ZX but with an added lift effect?
What an awesome fan game! To think that you can play as Roll who is more than just a mere sprite swap of Mega Man... There are so many innovations and practical weapons implemented without breaking out of the traditional formula too much. I only watched the video up to the Reactor Man's stage; the rest I want to experience by playing myself. Thank you for releasing this video.
I didn't know this was a thing. I love the fact that it is though. I really like Roll's victory pose and battle armor instead of just making her fight in her dress like other games.
