I hired this out from the video shop back in the day. Incredible graphics and animation for a SNES game. But as my older brother explained to my younger self, the games narrative didn't make sense because it had nothing to do with the movie. We would laugh about it. Yet this is a good game.
the music in this version is amazing fits well into the game i also like the mega drive soundtrack.
I remember playing this game before I saw the movie, was bit confused why they didn´t have guns in the film
I've played the sega Genesis version but ive never had a chance to play the snes version
I think it is the best looking version of all implementations.
Cómo lo jugué adelantado a su tiempo hasta el día de hoy se ve bien la música lo fluido de los movimientos de Ripley etc super nintendo por siempre desde Santiago Chile Marcelo blum
Cool. Back to childhood. This game was too hard for me then. Best regards and wishes you further successes :)
Cool version. Even the commercial AD they did was cool.
Might not be completely faithful to the movie as far as the plot goes, but it's got the tone and the look down right. The soundtrack is pretty nice as well.
"This is a maximum security prison, and you have no weapons of any kind??" --Ripley
IKR? But this is one of the few times I'm glad they deviated from the source material. I can't imagine how incredibly boring it would be, just running from xenos with the limitations of the SNES.
And they were dealing with just one(!) alien in the movie.
@CazMatazz really? wow that would explain why those games are shooters unlike the movie... I wonder what their reaction was when the saw the movie and there was not a single gun it it, lol
@CazMatazz Interesting! Do you have a link to the interview?
While I consider the movie a guilty pleasure, I know the consensus opinion on it is pretty negative but even if I shared that opinion, I would still be glad it exists because it gave us this great game.
What I liked most about the movie was the atmosphere but I consider Alien story wise better. Aliens is a fun action movie and a worthy successor but I am not sure if I would call it better than the first.
I did play this game all the waythrew an beat it...still in my collection, but no system to play it on any more
1:14:21 the first time I played this game and saw this thing, I jump off the couch
DVD image hueahuaeuea
I'm almost at the end of the game, I have roughly 10% left
very good games I really like to score various weapons and genre labyrinth
I prefer this version compare to the Genesis version
The death cries of these enemies sound more like seagulls to me.
Wow this game seems really good. I thought they only made an Fps
Alien 3 Super Nes, Alien Trilogy per Playstation e Alien Isolation per Xbox One... Stupendi... 😊💚
Thanks for share, great moments.
This would feel right at home on that indie machine they call a Switch.
This game made me sh*t my pants as kid. 'ol good times man, i miss those times.
Graphics is amazing daam
Can't imagine any one who will watch this video for the next 3 hours. But it's nice to watch 10 minutes or so . Thanks anyway.
I watched about half an hour. 25 minutes from the beginning for nostalgia and 5 minutes at the end for the pay off. Gotta love UA-cam!
Real Paranormal Oahu HA HA

Bishop II : [watching Ripley fall to her death] Nooooooo!
I beat this game as a kid, I had a Mega Drive as well, but chose the SNES version as the gameplay was deeper.
Crying and no one older than me understands lol memories bruh memories good times with the super Nintendo vrs mega drive at school lol
Music brings back memories
I remember as a kid I was a fan of the Alien series but I never bothered to play this game as it wasn't true to the Alien 3 story as Ripley seems to have the pulse rifle from Aliens but seeing it now I wish I would have played it.
LOVE THIS GAME ITS SO CREEPY LOL WOULD PLAY THIS WHEN WAS YOUNGER NES WORKS TO THIS DAY AMAZING VIDEO LIKE IT
This was my fired Alien game!
I like those xenomorth kids also running in the game.
I felt this was better than the mega drive version mainly because of looked and sounded better, but it did have some issues like the people in the back of levels ??? But it did stick to the film plot line if the little missions where pointless sealing doors and pipes for what overload of the core? I couldn't quite get what it was all for in a way but they had to come up with something I suppose for the game tie in
26:59 best level music in the game
