About the game: Yeah its better than C22 but lot of improvments are needed. Especially in gameplay department.

Spin issue and fielding bugs need to be fixed ASAP. Otherwise there is no point in having any other features, game is unplayable at the moment. To me, it is cricket 22 for now

My Cricket 24 experience so far
- Wicket keeper and slips keep passing the ball after every fast deliver and will mis-field in the process, giving fours
- Batsman will wander out of crease randomly after ball is retrieved, and wicket keeper will knock the bails off, getting a run out
- Silly points and wicket keeper will teleport on the pitch to take catches
- Spin won't turn, like at all
I literally, Alt-F4ed the game, after the wicket keeper ghosted through the stumps and my batsman to catch the ball 1 centimeter off my bat.

Yes improvements are there definitely. Still waiting for some more like better wicket keeper reflex and AI vs spinner batting.

I like the review but you use too many similes which makes it sound unprofessional
Cricket 22 had a lot of bugs initially and to date, it has that.
whereas Cricket 24 is just a month old.
But I'll wait for a month more to give an opinion

Yes, c22 was a mess at the start and after around 6 months of patching became a solid game. Wish they don't release in such unfinished manner though, tarnishes the reputation.

Bro one thing I struggle with is when I download a player through the community, I am unable to see them in my team line up. Eg, I downloaded showing Akhtar but I don’t see him in my Pakistan line up. Any idea how I can solve this?
You can go to player manager in Player editor, select Akhtar and then in 'manage associated teams' add him to which ever team you want.
Or you can go to team manager in Team editor, go to the Pakistan team - mange squad and the - add player

They wont as they are not licensed. You will gave to create a manual tournament and include them.

Your opinion which game is best
Do you still have c22? Cricket 24 is almost really good now - they need to fix two things on priority : wicket keeper reflexes taking too many catches jumping in front and AI batting ability against spin. If these two things are fixed, it will be a really enjoyable game. Of course, some bugs here n there will remain.

lets be honest the player models in both games look nothing like the real people. At least not to me anyway. I find it hard not to laugh at some of them.
Well, I have always maintained that the community creations are much better looking. That's why I don't really care about licensed players. Licensed stadiums on the other hand is a different thing. They look beautiful!
Cricket 24 is a really good game, tho alot of fielding improvements are required but they are fixing the game and making it better every week by adding patches. It would build up to be a great game in a few months.
Sorry, but a cricket game where spinners cant bowl and fielders are just there as dummies is not a good game. It’s like EA releasing a football game where defenders can’t tackle!
They released an unfinished game and are using customers as paid beta testers which should be called out. Plus, they had the same fielding issues since cricket 22. It’s been three years. Don’t forget its not a charity and they are charging top tier price for these games.
It might or might not improve with patches, but it doesn’t change the fact that they released a game that was not finished and the damage has already been don3!

EA sports had little to no option in bowling variety and batting was basically 2-3 shots which you could spam. I would take Brian Lara cricket and Don Bradman 14 over EA any day

@@RahulRants FACT : cricket 24 is improving, but it needs more game optimization and AI performance apart from luxury motion captures and face captures team can concentrate on fixing the basics of the game.
Big ants cricket 24 in batting it's still 70% the same from the ashes.(even in running between the wickets and fielding body language)
