amazing projects, I started developing games not long ago, and I always want to do something wonderful, but when I see reviews of the top 10 games, I understand that I’m kind of at the beginning of my journey on the Chinese wall😅
1:50 You little bit wrong about Sons of the Forest. It's had one year early access, so 150k+ reviews it's with this year of early access

it also has many users of the first game, which was successful, so many reviews would be expected.
Looks pretty boring to me - like a walking simulator.
@@reessoft9416 I finished it a few days ago. Biggest problem of SotF it's just like a original The Forest with better graphics and guns. That's all.

You mean assets? I browse the asset store new releases every month, so if it's there I might see it

As right now there's no official support, but there are paid assets
I'd show you the way how it could be done without any assets, so it might be a good material for spreading to your viewers

I have picked up the Synty bundle, what a bargain. Now I need animations pack for it.
I plan to make a third-person shooter game, anyone has recommendations for animations pack?
There's tons of awesome ones on the asset store, I bought one ages ago called Rifle Pro by Mocap Online, it's a bit pricey but has tons of high quality animations
For something simpler, the packs by Kevin Iglesias are all awesome, I have a bunch of those as well.
Hey, I don't understand why no one has covered a game RIVER. I completely bypassed why the players ignore that.
I can't even find any game named RIVER on Steam
Just saying, Last Epoch took 7 years of development according to the lead dev, (approx 25 people, half artists half programmers).
Oh I didn't know that, that's a very big gamble! But thankfully it looks like it paid off

i used to think these types of games arent possible to make in unity but its possible
it's always been possible.
Just because 90% of indie games are trash doesn't mean the engine itself isn't capable of great results.
Unity has been misused for years, mainly because it was free, and a lot of inexperienced coders though they could make a game with it, and release it on steam, regardless of quality.
Sons of forest is made with unity becouse i know that the forest was made in unreal engine ... anyway thanks for the vídeos me code monkey. Every time i wanna know something about unity or game dev i start in this Chanel ❤

i didn't expect last epoch to be made with unity.. i was under the impression those games with so much enemies and particles should be made on something "faster"
You underestimate the performance of unity and VFX graph
Yup the VFX graph is insanely powerful
