THE BEST EVER PEACH CREAM CHEESE STUFFED CINNAMON RAISIN FRENCH TOAST YOU WILL EVER EAT!

The best ever peach cream cheese stuffed cinnamon raisin bread you will EVER eat! This is my original recipe, I cooked it for my kids when they were younger. Its quick easy and delicious you can sub any fruit and add less sugar if you want. Either way this will become a family favorite!
The Best Ever Peach Cream Cheese Stuffed Cinnamon Raisin Bread Serves:4
8 Slices Cinnamon Raisin Bread 1 Pk Cream Cheese
1/2 Can Peaches 1/4 Cup Sugar + 1 Tbsp
2 tsp Cinnamon (divided) 3 Eggs
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream 1 Dash Salt
1Tbsp Butter
Leave cream cheese on counter to soften. Once cream cheese is soft place in a bowl add sugar, 1 tsp Cinnamon, peaches and salt in bowl stir until well blended, set aside. In another bowl add eggs heavy cream, 1 Tbsp Sugar and 1tsp Cinnamon mix until well blended. Heat Skillet once hot add butter. Place Cinnamon bread on flat surface (2 pieces stacked to form "sandwich") add about 1/4 of cream cheese mixture add top and place in egg mixture coat both side in egg mixture, once both sides are coated place in hot skillet and repeat until you have 4. Serve warm with syrup or more fruit, whipped cream & powdered sugar.
