Funny how these little charts always leave out the Caribbean, S. America, Africa, etc. Your European foods could never. You typically cook with salt (and maybe a pinch of black pepper) because your ancestors did not have access to lots of spices when their cuisines developed.

They ARE NOT the same. turkey has no Seafood Culture, no Pasta Culture, no Coffee Culture. They also cant eat Pork like Ham, Pepperoni, Bacon, Panseta, Gyro, Souvlaki, Cold Cuts, Pork Chops, Loins, Ribs. Nor Gamey Meats (Rabbit etc) & technically aren’t even allowed to eat Shellfish! 🤷🏻♂️

No, you guys forget that the south of America (specifically black people) invented soul food which has become a big part of America in whole today. Americans have invented so many different dishes, but so many ignorant people don’t want to actually dig more into the history of American cuisine. I took a “food for thought” class and America has made so much that people just don’t want to acknowledge. We even made foods from other countries that don’t actually exist in that country. One example would be orange chicken. Orange chicken is not a thing in china, we made that up here.
As an indian I think indian food should be higher and italy mostly is just about pasta pizza and stuff like that like how and how is america on the list america has such basic food like burgers and chicken wings...

The regions of the world that have the most spices (warmer regions located close or relatively close to the equator that grow spices year round) have the tastiest foods. Funny how these little charts always leave out the Caribbean, S. America, Africa, etc. Your European foods could never. You typically cook with salt (and maybe a pinch of black pepper) because your ancestors did not have access to lots of spices when their cuisines developed.
In the USA, people eat other countries' food because American foods are McDonald's and other fast food chains like McDonald's.
